Not that busy. Took waitress almost 20 minutes to get drink ans bring menu, mist unfriendly waitress ever. Ordered all you can eat salad bar and was completely ignored when I asked to have a few things refilled. Never came and asked for drink refills. Almost 40 minutes to get bread sticks. Safe to say first and last time I'll visit here

Phenomenal! Their calzone is so ridiculously good that it changed my opinion on calzones. Before I felt that they weren't justified and shouldn't even exist and now I love calzones. Their desserts are pretty damn good as well. The inside vibe is a huge breath of fresh air. It's totally the type of place you would take your kids after a sports game. That's the type of atmosphere that sucks in you. I could easily spend like two hours here just enjoying talking to whoever I brought with me. It's a very relaxing and inviting environment without trying whatsoever.

Pizza Is fair to good .They way they take your order via. A service that asked what location ,, ...out town visitors,,,,Then to sit 20 minutes in their. Slow pick up window .This time ,, ready in 30 minutes..50 minutes later .last time, 30 minutes, turned into. 1hour 5 minutes.Their in direct phone service sucks.Along with the way they operate drive thru window.If. The pizza is not ready have person pull ahead ? Maybe?

The last 3 times I've ordered for pick up I've had to wait alot longer then the time they said for pick up. Talked to the manager this last time no remorse. Called customer service did no good. Used to be a very good place to eat and had great service not sure what has changed

I walked in the door at 1:35 and proceed to the salad bar and made a salad and proceeded to the pizza bar . Mind you there was plenty of pizza on the buffet still. I was yelled at by 3 different employees saying I could not have the buffet that I had to order from the menu. Even the manager gave me an angry look and blurted out in front of every body say the Buffett ends at 1:3o. I said but you still have plenty of pizza out are you going to just throw it away . She raised her voice and said other people have been told they can't have it so you can't either . You will have to order from the menu. I said know I will not have to order from the menu and I put my plate back on the counter . Shesaid when you come in next time just get here before 1;30. I said there won't be a next time and I left my salad on the table and walked out. I own two businesses in town. I will not tolerate out and out blatant rudeness by employees or the Manager. That's not how you conduct business by chasing off customers. Let's see how long or even if this gets back to corporate . Sincerely Paul Ming

I swear I'm done with this place. Every time I order the food takes at least 30 minutes longer than quoted, and 90% of the time it's wrong. I ordered a salad and cheese dippers. Was quoted 40 minutes. Took an hour and 20 minutes to be delivered. The salad was completely wrong also no croutons or crackers. Cheese dippers were stone cold. I called to let them know about it. Lady was not very friendly. Here I sit still waiting for the correct salad 55 minutes after calling. So I have waited about 2 hours and 15 minutes for a salad, and it's still not here. Absolutely ridiculous!!

There is never anything on the buffet. It doesn't matter if it's the lunch buffet or the night buffet. The waitress will not help you to get any pizza, and you wait 20 plus minutes to be seated.

There seemed to be a communication problem between the waitresses causing us to wait a long time on our food. The food was good! This day we happened to be in a hurry with alot to do so if u don't have alot of time to spare would not try to eat here.Kid-friendliness: Kids could eat here with no problem

Order a calzone. Pepperoni and mushroom and was told they were unable to add anything to a calzone.Then took 55 min to get when was the only ones in the place at the timeThen on top of that the server just quitAnd people who came in 25 mins after us got their pizzzas 15 mins after sitting down
