I will not order from here again. I paid for a footlong sub and only got a 6 inch. I called to tell them about it and after some argueing I was told I could come in and get a free 6 inch. When I came in they refused to make it right and only argued with me. So eventhough I paid for a 12 inch and recieved a 6 inch, they kept the extra money. Poor costumer service. If I could give a 0 star review I would.

We Really Love Subway ❤️ But Last Night Our Sandwich's Were Really Skimpy ? It Was Pretty Much Just Bread ! Disappointed To Say The Least .... Hopefully The Next Time That Guy Won't Be Working or Someone Teaches Him How To Make a Sandwich ?

Just left this Subway at 1:30 p.m. this afternoon. My daughter and I had a marvelous experience! Both staff members were kind, positive and helpful. Customer service is everything! Way to go you two!

Toaster was broken, but the employee was extremely nice, efficient, and orderly. Food was good.
My husband and I were about to give up on Subway. We have been getting terribly made sandwiches, flat, squished, sometimes wasnt sure we were even being handed a sandwich from the other location in town. But this Elm st location has changed our minds. They were very friendly on the phone and in person. And our sandwiches were made exactly as we asked and were sooo good.We will definitely be returning.Thank you everyone ?

The service was great but there prices are horrible. I use to get three sandwiches for under twenty. Now for two sandwiches I paid just under forty. FOR SANDWICHES. If I had not already had the sandwiches been made up I would have walked out without them. I could go to Denny's and get more food for the same price.
