Great spot to pick up supplements, protein smoothies, and acai bowls. They had a great selection of supplements, healthy premade meals, protein shakes for order, and the most delicious acai bowls. Highly recommend the Peanut Butter Java Protein Shake and any of the acai bowls with Peanut Butter. Highly reccomend.
My husband and I went in this morning looking for a protein shake as the smoothie place by our gym (Nektar) was still closed at 8 AM. Advanced nutrition has a huge menu that includes plant based proteins, acai bowls, caffeine smoothies, etc. My husband and I both ordered the mocha PB smoothie and LOVED it. The opening business hours at Advanced Nutrition are definitely great for early morning gym goers. Safe to say this is our new favorite place to grab a protein drink in the area!
