This location has become a mismanaged mess. Placed an online order that was supposed to be ready at 650 for pick up. Food wasn't ready until 720. Place wasn't busy with people dining in and they still turned away three parties.

UFC night. Understaffed. A dozen tables open with an hour wait? No thank you. There isn't an orders and visits on the site.

We came here after a Royals game with a group of 17, and they seated us quickly. Our server was the best. She was attentative, quick, and friendly. I didn't get her name but she introduced us to her brother who works there also.

I generally like BWW but the location in Lee's Summit sucks hard. TERRIBLE service and uncaring management. I left without ordering the last two times I went on account of the poor service. I don't think there can ever be a reason to give them a third try.

Do not eat here. I understand that people are understaffed these days, but no reason to wait 45 minutes for 10 wings on a non-busy evening.

The group I was with was there a total of an hour and maybe 15 min. 1. We just never got our food( after being told 3 separate times that it was almost done) 2. Took 40 minutes to pour 3 shots of crown apple(wasn’t crown apple) and 5 well beers. Manager wondered aimlessly around the place not doing anything helpful. Bartender would leave the bar and not return for 15-20 min intervals and when he was at the bar wouldn’t make any drinks. DONT GO HERE IF YOU WANT DRINKS OR ANY KIND OF GOOD SERVICE!!

0-2 on door-dash orders. Almost seems intentional that they delay and mess the orders up so people stop ordering door dash from them. Other BWW have never had an issue.

This was hands down the strangest experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. My wife and I walk in at around 7:30 on a Thursday evening. The entry way is packed full of people but no staff at either the host stand or the take out counter. After a minute or two, I ask some of the people standing there if they’re in line to be seated but they were instead waiting on their carry-out orders and had been for 30 minutes. One of them said he overheard the host mentioning a 45 minute wait to the folks in front of us. I looked over at the dining room and there were four tables of people and two people at the bar. It was virtually empty. By this time, the host showed up and we overheard him telling the people in front of us that the wait was a long one. I then approached the host and let him know we were only having drinks and asked if we could sit at the bar. He slowly looked over at the bar, then looks back down at his piece of paper. Pauses. Looks back at the empty bar, then slowly back at his piece of paper. Pausing each time for an awkwardly long time in silence. Finally a word:“You’re not getting food?”“Nope, just drinks”Long pause…“Just stand at the bar?”“Yep”Long pause…“Ok as long as you’re not eating”We then had a seat at the bar and I must say the service we experienced from the bartender was perfectly fine. However it was funny listening to people talk amongst themselves at just how odd the whole situation was, as they too dealt with the bizarre behavior of the host. The people who came to the bar after us must have taken the host’s words literally because they refused to sit on the many empty bar stools and just stood there and had their drinks. After about an hour they went back up to the host stand, presumably to ask if they could sit now and then came back to finally sit on the bar stools. So strangely bizarre that I thought this had to be some sort of candid camera show. In reality, my best guess is the kitchen was slammed with takeout orders and had instructed the timid host to not seat anyone. If that’s the case, here’s a tip: let your guests know your kitchen is swamped with take out orders but seat them in your empty restaurant and let them order drinks while they wait.I’m guessing this location won’t be open for much longer.

Food was good but every time I go their service is horrible and their “online order printing machine” is always messing up so orders I’m supposed to get at a certain time are always 30-45 minutes late. And when I did get my food you could tell they were rushed bc sauce has spilt ALL over the whole bag. This is a common theme and food is not worth the wait or money at that point.

Food was terrible and was offered no option to replace or refresh it. We only saw our waiter 2 times while here and one was to collect our payment for food that wasn’t even eaten.

Whitney was the bartender tonight and we sat in the bar area. Waited around 25 minutes while she completely ignored us, serving tables around us with no urgency whatsoever. It was not busy at all. She never even came up to great us. My husband went to the front to find a manager to see if someone else could serve us, and she walked up to me, smacked the QR code on the table, and said “we are short staffed so you might want to order with the QR code” and then walked away. She was rude, unprofessional, disrespectful and lazy. A huge disappointment, we usually really like coming here. This location has seriously gone downhill, and clearly hires anybody that walks in off the street.

Took 30 minutes to get a burger and 10 wings. Another 20 minutes to be checked on again while we waited to pay. Abysmal service and wait times.
