Went inside and it was very clean and inviting. The person who took my order was very courteous, friendly and the order was perfect. Did take-out and everything was as ordered and the food was great.

The opening manager at this location is TERRIBLE! She does not know how to treat customers or employees like human beings. She does not do you her job correctly and this results in her workers and restaurant under-performing. Do not work here, she will not respect you or give you the proper onboarding information. She will not abide to the companies handbook, especially regarding breaks and lunches. She will write you up for not knowing the rules, but won't tell you them in advance.

Imagine pulling into a Burger King at 6:15 PM on a Saturday expecting to be able to pick up the mobile order that you were able to successfully place only to find out that the entire restaurant is closed. No drive-through no lobby. No nothing. y’all need to get it together. if you can’t afford to staff the store or if people don’t wanna work there. Sounds like this Burger King will soon become yet another nearby location that will close. Good luck though.

It's says it closes at 10pm I show up at 9:05pm and it's closed.
Ordered online Sunday at 6:20 pm and got to the restaurant to find it closed. Stole my money and told me I had to wait on an email for 24-48 hours when I submitted a support request. Poor customer service and very unprofessional. Will never return.
