Staff here are friendly and helpful but the store needs a refresh.Recently ordered pizzas and they were very behind. Ended up 15 minutes late and the kitchen staff seemed to be in no rush despite numerous customers standing around waiting on pizzas.

The great gentleman with long gray hair and the cowboy hat is the only one with great service. It’s gone completely downhill since the lady with the long red hair worked there for years-I think a decade. But it’s trash now.

Ordered a pizza online and when I went to get it, it wasn’t ready. They were SWAMPED with orders. The people working there were moving as fast as possible. The employees were very kind even though they were working fast. Pizza was 15 minutes late, but I won’t complain because one girl was pulling pizzas out of the oven one after another and boxing them. There were 3 more women making pizzas as fast as possible!It had to be stressful, but these women (and Max at the register) did a great job to keep the pizzas flowing and customers waited on. It was just a very busy Friday night. Great job by employees!

Ordered online at 4:45. The wrong pizza arrived at 5:20. I called and spoke with a young male at 530 who would send out the correct pizza but of course he wouldn’t tell me his name. At 6:45pm, nothing came. I called the store and was On hold for 28 minutes trying to reach someone I drove up there instead. You never remade my order. This place is horrible. It’s 7pm and I’m standing at the front counter waiting on a pizza I ordered for delivery at 4:45pm, and still on hold for 38 minutes. I don’t think they answer their phone lines, I couldn’t hear anything ringing as I was standing at the counter. No one was waiting for a pizza to be made but me. WeirdThis is their standard. Ignore the Casey’s responses on how this isn’t how they conduct business. If you have multiple reviews with similar issues, this IS how you are conducting business and this IS your business standard.

We are 3.1 miles away from here but my 5yr old daughter wants to come her just to buy God 2 grow fruit punch and this time she got Unicorn. She also found a Good2grow baked oat ns wheat Unicorn snackers. We came here with our bikes. Staff are very accommodating and helpful.

Ordered a pizza from this location today. All I can say is DAMN! Absolutely delicious! Order was ready as I walked in the door. The lady making it was very nice and the pizza was hot and delicious! For $18, I found my new pizza establishment! Well done guys and gals!

I’ve heard all the hype about Casey’s pizza for years but hadn’t tried it!I’ve ordered for the first time & must say the pizza is definitely delicious!Everything looks & tastes fresh & hot!Only problem was it’s super salty, they need more sauce on the pizza & the sauce needs a better balance of salt to sugar.

I called because I got a email that someone ordered a pizza in my name. I live in a whole other state. The manager was not interested in helping me at all. I wasn't accusing anyone, I just wanted to make sure it wasn't anything more, fraud and scams are everywhere. All she did was overtalk me. I will never do business here.

Check your prices when checking out. Mark one price on the shelves then ring up for more at register. Caught it four times in a row after I started paying attention. Yes they'll make it right when you call them out on it. But should you really have too? Shady! Won't shop there again!

Two nights in a row ordered pizza online. 35 min wait first time and when I show up will be another 30 min. 80 min wait 2nd time and show up they hadn't even started the pizza!!

No particular issues. Food items are typically readily available, shelved items stocked and ready. Staff is friendly. Bathroom almost always occupied and could use a little updating. No large complaints.

Ok.. normally I don’t leave reviews.. we got there 40 min after ordering like it said and still had to wait 20 min as they didn’t start it. But as we are waiting, the front counter kid walks into the back as a kid in a north face jacket and chiefs beanie approaches us for money for “gas”. We don’t carry cash on us so had to say sorry, no. Watched another customer give him money. He went to the front counter to share a vape with the kid working. And proceeded to talk about their friends as we were walking out. Definitely will never go back here!!!

This store is absolutely terrible.More times than not when going to this store, they don’t have pizza available or a bunch of the snacks other Casey’s have. The customer service is awful too. There have been many times I’ve gone to check out (like 5 minutes ago) where I’m not even acknowledged by the cashier. Not a hi, a verbal total, are you Casey’s rewards, nothing. Not a single word. It’s wild how much better run the Greenwood store 5 miles away is run in every conceivable way. Take the extra time and drive elsewhere, this store is terrible.
