there must be a food shortage. this was the best location. serving sizes are way down. i had to pay extra for cheese and that used to be a regular size serving. they pinch the cheese now.

Very skimpy on the ingredients then charge you extra for what you should have in the first place! Also not very clean. Dropped some of my lettuce on the counter then picked it up & put it in my bowl. Smh

Withdrew money from my account at a local financial institution. Went to Chipotle to buy dinner, attempting to pay with the cash. Was told my money was fake and they would not accept it. Just had the same money verified as legitimate by the same financial institution. If it is your policy not to accept 50 dollar bills, say that,but don't accuse someone of passing fake money. I will never return

The people working at this location are so rude. I ordered a burrito 3 hours before close and they mean mugged me because they just cleaned the press. Then started whispering to eachother rude comments about me. Won’t be returning.

Well, every employee in there couldn't wait to get us out the door. We weren't allowed to stay inside and eat, they said we had to get it to go. It was 45 minutes before closing time. They were sitting on the food counter, joking, laughing and having a good time! Not always a bad thing for sure, but we weren't customers, we were intruding on their ability to have a good time. Dang customers ? ?

I asked for extra cheese and Abby the worker said very rudely I cannot because it will not melt. I said can you just please add the extra cheese and she aggressively did and I’m convinced she burnt the quesadilla on purpose. This use to be the best location I’m not sure what happened!!!

Website says there open until 11:30 but walked in at 9:36, lobby closed and told we could not eat inside, I asked what time they close and they said 10:30. They were also out of pretty much everything. Ridiculous

Employees at this location are rude and unfriendly. I ordered a kids meal with of course a protein. I was told I wouldn't receive 3 sides because protein counted as one. Then the cashier was trying to upcharge me for the subpar meal. Telling me I ordered things that I definitely did not! This woman should not be working with the public.I shop in the area regularly but I wont be stopping in anymore. I will drive to other locations.

Ordered online tonight and so many errors. 2 chicken burritos and one steak, but they mixed up the meats and labeled them wrong so everyone ate large portions before realizing they had the wrong one. Kids meals were missing half of the drinks and sides. I asked for 2 more cups when I picked up, but didn’t notice they were also missing the sides. Also one kids meal was hard shell and they put soft shell. First world problems, but you expect a little care with a $50 order. This will dissuade me from ordering online again.
