I was just at Culvers and my friend ordered from one person and I ordered from another. In what world does "I'll have 2 scoops of the flavor of the day" mean I want 2 separate one scoop dishes. Im ordering by myself, mind you. (This also happened to my friend at the same time) I've had to correct that before (which is also really sad). I thought it was expensive but didn't catch it until it came to the table. I was surprised they didn't bother offering to correct the mistake and refund us one of them.

The cod fish sandwich is so very bland. It really needs some seasoning. Had to add extra tartar and even that didn't help. But I learned about the family fry basket that is not on the menu. Costs $5.00 but it's probably cheaper than ordering 2-3 separate orders.

Very disappointed with my most recent visit to this location. I ordered a meal and upgraded my drink to a mint cookie dough concrete. After a normal wait time for the food, I was never given my concrete. When I told the runner that I was missing the concrete he had stated he will be right back, yet never came back. I had asked another runner about the missing concrete, which she brought the concrete right out. I had immediately noticed that it was missing cookie dough bites, which she said, "they are there, they're just mixed in" in which I drove off the spot after thinking this was the case. After checking, I had found that there was no cookie dough. I walked inside to get the concrete corrected, when I told the workers that my order was incorrect I felt like I was inconveniencing them, the person who was making the concrete appeared to be very agitated, and kept looking back at me and snickering with a couple coworkers working near by.

Staff is very prompt. Food always comes out as ordered and fresh. Great at making customs shakes.
Order 2 burger baskets and 2 kids meals and all 4 burgers were still raw in the middle with pink meat and cold. Sick all night.

I love Culver's but not this location. Not sure what has occurred, but in the last 6-9 months they can't get an order right. Missing food, food not prepared at ordered, long wait times, last night, placed a large order for my family -cost was $60 - and it was wrong. Got home, food was missing, burgers didn't have correct toppings. Of the 6 burgers ordered, only 1 was right. Not sure what has happened here because it used to be a good Culver's. When I went back to the restaurant to get the refund for my order, someone came to the counter saying their order was wrong as well.
Stopped in to grab a hamburger for my mother. She requested one with onions.I supposed technically it has onions.

It's happened numerous times at this point.Edit: just tried again and they seriously did not include the 2 ranches that were ordered. It's not like we're ordering EXTRA ranch. It's the sauces that come with the meal that we pay for. I don't understand what the problem is.

The food has usually been good but anytime i order from the drive thru or online they mess up the order. I quit going for a while and today I decided to give them another try. Well, they messed up our online order. The ticket was all correct but our deluxe burger was only ketchup and mustard, they forgot my coleslaw and sauces on my fish platter. I didn't check the bag before i left because i saw the receipt was correct so I thought "how could they mess it up" They did anyway.
Butter burgers always good.
