Cody and I have nothing but amazing things to say about Embrace the Grape for our wedding day! Misty was always on top of things when it came to planning out our bar menu. All of the little details down to the garnishes turned out to be perfect! Communication was never an issue and she was always open to phone calls when I had questions. Also, the bartenders absolutely NAILED it! My guests said they had never been to a wedding where the drinks were this good and the bartenders were so friendly. Highly recommend them, they truly made our day so special!

If you are in the KC area, this is the company to hire. I started talking to Jane and Misty over a year ago. They are organized, pay attention to details and are always on top of things. My son was married on 9/23/23. They were on time ( actually a little early ) They unloaded everything within a few minutes. By the time service was to start they were prepared and ready to go. Both bartenders smiled through the entire evening and were friendly to everyone. I talked to MANY companies that didn't supply the drinks, only served them and I didn't want to deal with all of that. I wanted a nice carefree experience. I got what I wanted and the price was reasonable. For the service we got, I would have paid more. Guests loved the open bar and the bartenders. Amazing experience.

I highly recommend using Embrace the Grape!! I used them for a surprise 30th birthday party that I was throwing for my fiance at Three Points rooftop in downtown KC. From communicating with Jane, coordinating with Misty, to Paula bartending the event, everything went perfect! We only had one bartender since the party was about 50 people. Paula was fantastic!!! She remembered what everyone was drinking & would have their drink ready for them if she saw them coming up to the bar; she was fast & efficient. We never ran out of anything (and my fiance's friends can drink, lol). Misty was great to work with, on top of it, and very thorough! 10/10 customer service!

We just used this company this past weekend and I thought there would be a dispenser for the two lemonades and teas, instead you had to order each drink at the bar and they poured them from Costco bottles. It looked so cheap and I had guests complaining about it. The beer was poured out of the can and each guest got a tiny clear cup about a third full. My guests did not want to continue going to the bar to get a decent size drink. I had guests saying they couldn't get enough alcohol to get on the dance floor without looking like an alcoholic by constantly getting refills at the bar from the tiny portions. I paid good money for unlimited beer and wine at my wedding and this company was a joke, they did not want to give it out, then on top of that the bar tender had a huge tip jar right in the front which was embarrassing, like I didn't pay him enough to be there or give a good enough tip. I also ordered a bottle of champagne that we decided to save for our one year anniversary and at the end of the night I asked the bartender about it since he was packed up to go 15min till. He smirked at me and had to dig the bottle out of the bottom of his cooler that he was getting ready to head out with! I really felt like he was going to keep my bottle that I paid for. From my experience this company was not professional and cheap even though I paid good money for their services.After a week and half Jane reached out to me to let me know that she was very sorry and upset with my experience. She said this is not the type of service they provide and there will be changes made. She listened to everything I said and was sincerely upset and apologetic so I am changing my one star rating.
