My experience coming into firehouse today off 291 in Lee’s summit was the best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. I’ve always loved firehouse, but I was greeted with Gavin who was working 03/18/24 who was kind and patient enough about a difficult order had. While Gavin was assisting to my order, Abby was taking care of another customer and her service was excellent. I love the atmosphere here and the amazing people I’ve got to meet today! Will come again!!! Always!

Food was sloppily thrown together, everything is covered in a thick layer of dust in the customers area can only imagine what back of house or prep area looks like. Food took forever despite almost no one in the store. My sandwich was both hot and cold , vegetables were cut super thick so ended up taking them off sandwich. My stomach had been upset after eating here. I love firehouse subs just can’t strand this location.

I love firehouse subs and I've been to plenty of them, and they are always quick and efficient. But today, having online orders takes priority over me walking in and ordering. While a group of people that walks in 15 minutes after me orders at the counter and gets their food before I do. With 5 people working it seems like there isn't that much being done.

Service was super super slow and the gal who takes your order is super sweet but her nails where so dirty I'm sorry I ordered food.
Took out of state family for dinner as they had heard of firehouse subs. We all were pleased.

My family got sandwiches from Firehouse on Thursday Oct 19th after eating mine my throat felt ichy but immune system fought whatever it was off so I thought nothing more of it.Until I ate my daughter's sandwich that she did not touch today Sat and yes my ichy throat returned so I came to conclusion that someone there must have not been feeling too great passing germs. I know everyone is short handed on staff but if you are not feeling well you should just stay home hopefully I can fight it off agian.
