It very slow service, the floors were very sticky, the food was not tasty and did not seem fresh. This is unlike other locations I’ve visited - I’ve always had a good experience with IHOP and it is a favorite for my family because the menu has something we all like which is very convenient when you have picky children.

I can't believe how downhill this place has gone. Dirty tables dirty, high chairs, and yet I was told they were slow.. I could see it if they were short-handed, but there were 2 people helping us... shameful

I have not been to this IHOP in probably a year maybe. I went because it was close. We walked in and were greeted almost immediately. My experience here was the best it's been in a long time. The place was very clean, the staff was amazingly polite, quick to get anything needed and clear dishes, and the food was great. Our server was just the sweetest lady (Vanisha I believe was her name). We got our food quickly, it was hot and tasted great. I will definitely return again.
