I come in here regularly and get the best service possible! Even Dakota, the general manager made my food today, and it was phenomenal! If you want good people in great service, come to this Jersey Mike’s!

Store was super dirty. Management looked to be best friends with employees so nothing was getting done. Who took my order was polite and made sure my first time there was what I wanted. Food was great cook was nice. Just looks like manager doesn't need to be best friends with teenager employees and Instead, create structure at a workplace for them.

I love the sandwiches, but the customer service at this location is why I keep coming back. Even if I am not in the mood for a sandwich, I'll stop in to get a soda and a cookie so I can say hello to Dakota, Kris, Kenzie, Anthony, Abby, and the rest of the gang. They treat their customers like family. It's definitely a "go to" for me, as long as they're there.

Everyone seemed happy and friendly, but the cashier up front made my night. She had red hair and glasses and was so kind, she really seemed to care about how everything was labeled so that my order was easily accessible for when I got home. 10/10

This location just isn’t well run. The staff is either not trained well or don’t listen. Bread was stale/cracked, too. I love Jersey Mike’s but this experience isn’t worth $12 for a sandwich.

The sandwiches are great. One of my favorite places for cheese steaks, and for Italian sandwiches too. The bread is perfect and they nail it with the "Mike's way" toppings. There aren't many tables inside, maybe 8 or 10, so it's more of a take out place, but we like to dine in when we can. They also have a couple of interesting canned sodas. My biggest complaint is that there are no locations on the north side!

Not sure it was worth $25 for two regular subs, especially considering one sub was entirely wrong and not even close to the order, the two employees were rude about being "busy" when literally nobody else was in the store and all they were doing was 3 small Togo orders, and the sandwich assembly line was a disgusting mess. I most likely won't be going back, definitely not doing a Togo order anymore.. If you are so busy that you can't pause to greet a customer or listen to why they're there then you're doing it wrong. Even then they couldn't get the order right.

Came to this location yesterday on my birthday after receiving the email to redeem their birthday voucher. When I showed up, the employee told me that corporate told them and other locations to no longer accept the voucher due to people being dishonest about it. I offered to show my DL and email to prove I wasn’t lying, but was still denied. I’m not upset with the employee, but upset with corporate at how they run their business. It does not seem right to offer a deal to your customer and then not honor it when they come to claim it. Instead of wasting the customers time and energy, they should at least send an email out making their customers aware that they are no longer offering this deal.

Food is good. However, the table I was at was not cleaned. I looked up at other tables and they were not cleaned as well. The workers liked talking and looking at their phones and not bothering to clean the tables nor the floor of where they make the sandwiches.

The food is always good, but the staff seem to want to do anything other than clean the tables/dining area. EVERY table was dirty as was the prep area (some kind of sauce running down the glass). The staff were nice enough... I just can't get past that dirty dining area. They weren't busy either.... There was only one other person in the store who was almost done eating, and there were at least 4 employees.

Why is it so difficult to make a correct sandwich? Missing bacon last week and this week I asked for no peppers and it’s covered in peppers on my steak sandwich. Make sure that you open up your sandwich and confirm it’s correct before you leave the site.
