Was told we couldn't eat in the restaurant because they were closing in 40 minutes. It would have taken us probably 10-15 minutes to eat. We said, "don't you close at 9". And one of the guys said, " if you want us to sweep between your legs then you can stay".Definitely would not recommend this place.

Was met with straight hostility from getting out of the car and one guy thought he could talk to me any way so I asked if there was a problem? He talked like he wanted to do something then I try to order it being my first time there so I tried to find what I wanted on the menu and I said can I get a jalapeño something and he replies jalapeño something in a rude tone. Who do y’all hire ? Why is customer service so hard to find these days?

This Jimmy John's brand sells a line of sandwiches called "slims." They will add cheese and avocado to these sandwiches but if you ask them to any veggies or sauce, they will flat out refuse to do it. I would ask what the logic to this is but the answer is that there is no logic. It is just a moronic policy that is rude and disrespectful to their customers. The solution is easy though, eat at ANY OTHER sandwich shop, where they will happily add anything they have available to any sandwich. Ya know, like normal people.

We ordered delivery 4.5 hrs later no food. We called at 1 hr. Then we went up to location and they explained the delivery driver "quit and blocked manager and workers numbers" they then made the process of making it right Impossible. Wanted us to pay for and order We placed 4.5 hrs ago. What a mess we will not go back. I understand not being able to get the right help. You should always make it right when you drop the ball as a business.

Staff member seemed like he did not know what he was doing. He touched the back of his visor with the glove he made my sandwich with. Bread was hard barely consumable I had to go home and slice the top of the bread just so I could eat it. Terrible experience. I can tell this location does not have a lot of business.

Yesterday I stopped in to get a Turkey Tom unwich. It’s my favorite. This time not at all. The sandwich was basically to the point of not eatable. You couldn’t hold it, the mayo or something was bad. I told the girl that was making it that there was no way for me to hold that or even eat it. She seemed to not care. So I took it. When I got home it fell apart.

My favorite thing about JJ’s is the bread. So disappointed this evening…got our 2 sandwiches and the bread was hard and stale. At least 1 to 2 days old.
Ordered 2 #9's with hot peppers, no hot peppers and no vinaigrette. Sandwich completely dry. Worst experience I've ever had at a Jimmy John's.

We placed an order at 8:30 am. Wanted order delivered between 11:30 and noon! We called when order was not here! They told us it would 30 min. Short staffed! Called back at 1pm and they said they are trying to get it done! Aka they had not started the order! Manager lied 3 times about order! Finally called back at 2 pm and he said the deliver guy was on his way! In the same breath he said wait…. We canceled your order, we ran out of bread!! This was a 65$$$ order!!!! We give this store a lot of business weekly and yearly! I gave the manager my my for the owner to call back!! No call yet!!!! Very sad!

I like Jimmy Johns in general. This location is terrible. Nearly every time I order delivery they call back and tell me they don't have a driver and have to cancel the order. I then have to reorder if I want to come and pick it up. When they do have a driver or I go and pick it up they forget something or get something wrong 90% of the time.
