Food was fair (what can you expect from MickyD's). But order came out all screwed up. If we hadn't double checked it we would've gone away hungry. We were short on mcnuggets long on hot fudge sundaes. It took another 10 minutes to get things straight.

Ordered through uber eats. The delivery driver was great. The restaurant however was horrible. They forgot the cookies we ordered. They left the cheese off of 2 cheeseburgers. And to top it off, we ordered a happy meal with a plain hamburger and these people didn't even bother to put a burger patty on the bun!

I usually don’t like eating breakfast but I work north of Lee’sSummit and even though this MCD is a little out of my way when I eat breakfast and an occasional lunch it’s here.I drive by 5 other MCD’s and go out of my way to eat here. As you see I give it 5 stars and should, if I could, give it a plus I would. Clean restrooms, dinning room, drink bar is always clean and when something breaks here the repair guys shows up and to get it fixed.Staff builds customer relationships. They always seem to remember my usual order. Friendly conversations between staff and customers as well as staff and staff is the norm here.The managers and kitchen staff are always on top of things. I see little or no drive thru customers having to come in because of drive thru errors.There seems to be a great respectful chain of command that even the guys snap to when directed.A great place to have breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Quick dinning room service. Most MCD’s and other fast food chains except Whataburger seem to see the dinning room customer as an inconvenience. Not here.The at least 5 MCD’s I drive by Raymore, Belton, Grandview, KC, and other MCD’s in Lee’s Summit … well they just need to close their doors. Maybe they can reopen as MCD’s diversification coffee café that MCD is expanding into.See you in the dinning room.

This morning I ordered two pancakes (not two orders—just two pancakes), two orders of bacon and a cup of coffee, for which I paid $16 at the drive through. When I got home, I had two orders of pancakes (with three pancakes in each order), one order of bacon and one cup of coffee. Not only was I overcharged for what I ordered, I did not receive what I ordered. Be sure to check your order before you leave the pickup window.

I do curbside with the app. Always useful and a money saver. However the last couple times I've had to walk in and get my food. Once even pour my own drinks. 10 minutes plus the last 2 times.

There fries had no salt and they were super crunchy Not SOFT! Horrible service they threw my meal on my children! They had grimace shakes everywhere that's disrespectful...Nuggets all on the floor bbq sauce all on the bathroom stall I think it was bbqNow my kids have brain damage they only have 2 hearts left in Minecraft terms

I find myself needing to reduce my previous rating (which was a 4-star) to a 1. Ever since posting that, this place has been consistently rude and extremely inconsistent with their food.I will give credit to the morning crew as their food seems to be better-ish than the evening crew and their customer service is better as well. The night crew is abysmal. They are extremely slow, the food is always disgusting and they are outright hostile to customers and door-dashers that go inside. One screamed "I don't need you to tell me how to do my f'ing job" to a customer last week while I was in there because she had been waiting almost AN HOUR on a coffee and asked what was going on. I was appalled. Not a single manager stepped in. It was wild.Two days ago I got a 20pc Nugget and two medium fries, and when I got home there was FIVE french fries in the second medium, and all of the food was stale and cold. This is not an abnormal experience at this location. They frequently either forget food or give you way too little - and never count on it being fresh. Ever.There is one employee there named Tony (I believe) and he is always super nice to everyone 100% of the time. There is not a single other employee in that store that deserves their job. They are all miserable, mean people that seem to hate customers and hate fresh food even more.
