The double drive went really quick. Since they use automated tellers, there is no miscommunication.Dietary restrictions: You can order fries with light salt.

We utilized the drive thru. It had an automated voice. The order was taken incorrectly. We tried to fix it, and it was still not completely right on the computer screen, but it was close enough. The voice gave us a total and sent us to the window to pay without giving us the opportunity to try to fix the order again. Sadly, we did not receive what we ordered or even what had appeared on the screen. The food we received tasted good and was hot.

I went through the drive thru to order my meal. I'm allergic to onions, so I specifically asked for no onions or pickles. I took a bite from my cheeseburger and had to spit it out. They left the pickles off, but not the onions! How f'ing hard is it to follow simple directions?

I've had gastric bypass surgery so even just the thought of McDonald's kind of makes me sick I can't stand the smell of it ... Maybe if they used a different kind of oil.

This is not a review on this specific McDonald's, it is on all McDonald's!!! WHO EVER DESIGNED THE DRIVE UP LANES, ONE INTO TWO, TWO INTO ONE, SHOULD BE FIRED!!! Countless times going through the drive up, I have nearly gotten into physical fights!!! I stay in the first single line approaching the order speaker with 2 or 3 cars in each of the drive up speaker lanes. I am waiting to see which car pulls forward so I know which lane to choose when someone passes me, and others in line, and pulls into the outside speaker lane!!! This is when it gets ugly!!! Why someone thinks they can pass up cars that have been waiting are grounds for getting physical!!! It never ends well. If this happened to you with someone cutting in line, the same store, all the time, what would you do? Speak your mind? Could get physical? Stop going? Don't do anything and be taken advantage of? MCDONALD'S, I DESPISE YOUR DRIVE UP!!! PLEASE REDESIGN YOUR DRIVE UP!!! One lane all the way around PLEASE!!! 2 speaker system has no benefit!!! It Creates anxiety, frustration and anger!!! I recommend Burger King!!! 1 Lane, no anxiety, no frustration, no anger!!!

This store is extremely unprofessional when their is an issue with the app. There will not answer questions directly and talk in circles to avoid answering. I place an order online through the McDonald's app and got a text 40 minutes after placing my order that is was canceled. I called and spoke with 2 people who both told me they were the manager and general manager. The second person the GM said they don't deliver I have to order through door dash or grub hub. I told here I ordered through the app and she just kept saying they don't deliver. When I explained to here I used the McDonald's app again she said she has no control over it and that they don't do deliveries. I have used the app in multiple states/cities and have only had a problem with this location (this be the second time). This location has gone down hill with their service in the last year. it's a mcdonald's, and i have low standards, but somehow you guys make me even more disappointed than any other mcdonald's in the entirety of KC. on your phones. rudest service. no kind of communication or customer service skills. if you can't even get a mcdonald's order right then how the hell are you supposed to get a real job?! worst mcdonald's i know.
