I placed my order online and when I went to pickup it was 2 employees. The line was long and nobody addressed me or the others when we walked in so I said excuse me and the female employee was standing in the doorway making a bow (I assume) instantly got an attitude when I said excuse me. I wasn’t trying to cut the line just needed to know where to stand etc so the other employee was getting orders and answering us customers while she was fidgeting with the bow. Unacceptable. The cake is fine, the price was fine but to be rude is just nasty for no reason!

Kind of disappointing and rude, I skipped buying from here and went to Target instead.**UPDATE**I wanted to make an update to my previous review - I have been back to this location about 5 times and they have really been much more welcoming! The confetti cakes are a staple now at every birthday party my family has. The location is convenient and it is super easy to make an online order. Thank you for listening to the customers and improving, I will keep coming back for sure!

I came up to this store tonight, didn’t realize they close at 7pm. I got out the car at 6:59 and they lady looked at me locked the door and walked away. Wow, I get it.. but it was my mom bday and I just needed one small cake. The way it was done was so malicious. 0/10

Stopped into this wonderful shop while doing a door dash. What a treat! It took them a few minutes to get the cakes and the order ready, so I had the time to look around the shop. Check out the pictures and see for yourself. It's done up really nice, and the cakes just look fantastic. The staff was friendly and helpful so they get 5 stars too! If you're looking for a treat or something sweet, stop by here!

I placed an order before they opened for a friend's birthday today & I had the pick up time set for 11am. It was available a little before 11am & I picked it up super fast. They had me in the system & greeted me when I came in. The smell of cake made me order an extra just because.. LOL! I hope my friend loves his little bundts!

Love their cakes so much but how do you eat it when they do not provide silverware! We want to enjoy our sweet treat while shopping but not with our hands. Now our icing is melting as we attempt to find a way to eat this with a fork from a fast food place. We do not live close so how could anyone eat the cake right away. Poor business planning here! Buy some plastic silverware and help your customers to eat!

Don't bother ordering ahead of time. You'll still have to wait and wait for them to do your order right there on the spot. No matter how long you put it in advance. This happened to me 3 times at this location. Now I just drive out to a different cupcake place in Overland Park for birthday treats.
Absolutely ridiculous flavor.Great moist cakes and I'd go for the frosting alone.

The cakes are always good but the little girl working in there last night was just so rude and had an attitude for some reason with me. Didn’t feel welcomed at all. I’ve never had this problem there. But I will not be back.

The manager was so rude and wasn't welcoming. I handed her my card she swiped and then put it on the counter. I asked her why wouldn't she just hand it back to me. She said that she apologized with a rude tone. The bundt cakes also did not look fresh.

I ordered 3 double bunt towers for thank you gifts and needed them in 30 minutes. They got my order had them beautifully wrapped and ready when I got there to pick them up. I was even a few minutes early. I will definitely be ordering more everyone loves their bundt cakes they are all delicious!!

10/10 cakes literally my favorite dessert however i went there tonight and the girl that rang me up Marcy S. was very rude granted it was close to closing time but there's no reason to roll your eyes over multiple cakes. then when i realized i had forgotten one and ordered another i gave her my change from the previous order (2.87) and she took all of it back and only added 2.71 now that's not a huge deal and i didn't realize until i got home but with the rest of the interaction it kind of just hurt my feeling. i really don't think she was purposely trying to and i'm sure she had a long day but that's still not a way to act to a customer
