Service was horrible , 10 min before getting drinks and only 5 tables in restaurant with people in them. Seems like staff have all there kids running in and out of the back. People just walk around and look at you . Seems like servers don't know what they are doing .

Service was great! Rachel was my server and she was phenomenal. I felt like she really cared about my experience at the restaurant and was quick to help me. If you go here I would recommend asking for her in particular. Food was delicious as well but her hospitality was what stood out.

Our bartender rachel i think is always so great. She can handle a full restraunt on her own and still give amazing service, The food is a little pricey but still good. Will definitely come
We went in to take advantage of their Veterans day special. We were seated at a high top table in the bar area, there was only one other couple in the bar area and one individual. After 10 minutes of not being acknowledged We waved at the bartender who ignored us, after 15 minutes of not being acknowledged we decided to leave. Standing outside I looked back into the restaurant to see the bartender shrugging his shoulders while talking to the only other couple in the area. I went back in and spoke to the bartender to explain why we were leaving since he seemed so confused as to why we didn't just sit there ignored any longer than we did. His response was simply "oh sorry". There's a reason why at 6pm on a Saturday night every other restaurant in the area is packed, and On the Boarder only had 20 customers.Skip it! Not worth the effort.

Top ranked worst meal I’ve had. Trash fajitas . Didnt reciev rice or any condiments. Salsa was the only thing that was good. 3 bags of chips doesn’t make up forgetting more than half my meal and still taste bad. Used to like this place 3 years

Wow! What a horrible experience; haven’t eaten at OTB in years because of my last experience at the Independence store, when I saw one in Lee’s Summit I got excited. Should have known when the parking lot was empty at 7 pm what I was in for. Should have known when I sat down and my arm stuck to the table what I was in for. Should have known when I asked for “hot” salsa and they brought out regular salsa with grilled jalapeño in it what I was in for. Not until I got my food and took a bite did I realize I screwed up: it immediately came from my mouth to the plate. The most disgusting thing I have ever tasted. The manager took care of it, but my daughter vomiting in the parking lot confirmed I will not return. What has happened to this company????

first, our server was very disrespectful. her name was rachel. she was very dismissive and had an attitude. then, a cricket jumped on my friend and it was huge and black and it was just roaming everywhere. there were also dead crickets in the corner. very unsanitary. and when we told our server about it, all she said was ok. our food was also not good. me and my friend got the birria tacos and they didnt have any flavor. the rice qas also dry and flavorless. the fries were pretty good, but i honestly didnt feel all that good eating because of everything that happened beforehand. we decided to leave and rachel was very snappy with us. i will not be going here anymore and i wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here either.
