No problems with my first experience at this location. The thin crust was well-done as I requested, the pizza was not center-loaded, appropriate portions were used, and the requested side items were included. Although the cheesesticks were not properly docked (notice the bare edges where the crust rose and attempted to center-load the cheese), the 4 stars is for forgetting to shake on the Italian herb seasoning. Seriously, it does make a difference. Service was quick and courteous.

So when we got are pizza it was ready to go they were nice and the pizza was good and the green package of seasoning was good on that pizza bit it was kidive small but whatever I'd l9ve to comeback again ?

The “manager” on duty tonight was VERY rude. She did not greet me when I walked in and approached the counter with a complete attitude. She was not accommodating at all and would not even attempt to assist with the mishap that happened. I would have excused her behavior had I not witnessed her be be completely nice and accommodating to the people that were in front of me. I will NEVER go to this Papa Johns again I don’t care how convenient the location is. I FULLY believe I was treated this way because I am black! When I asked to speak with her boss, she said he was “out of town.” What a convenient LIE!

Showed on its way for 40 minutes then delivered to the wrong house. Then they re delivered the food but missing half the order. We ended going down there to get the rest of the order and then they tried to charge us again for the missing food! This store is a complete cluster and the teenage girl running the register is dumber than a box of rocks. We will never order from Papa John's again.
Fast service and excellent pizza. This store puts out a quality product. The manager and his staff are friendly and efficient. For delivery or carryout, it doesn't get any better than this!

Ate here for the first time and both the papadia and tuscan cheesesticks were great. Both were prepared quickly for carryout and the staff was very friendly and attentive.

No stars. After supporting this business for 10 years they screwed me. I ordered on line and they gave me a window for delivery at for 30 min. We ran to Walgreens to grab drinks. They showed up 10 minutes early and canceled the order. I had spent the last $30 I had on dinner for my kids. They wanted me to PAY for the order again. I over tip the delivery people because I know if they are delivering pizzas they prob aren't in a good spot. The manager was an a******* Parker is his name. He was rude and told me Pizza Hut would appreciate my orders. Whoever owns this franchise needs to be aware of how shitty his manager is. Who does that? Cancels and order and charges you for their mistake? He needs to be fired.
