Usually I have really good orders! But I was really upset with this, especially when Sharing it with the kids. I did not call the store because at the end of the day they know what they did and for them to hand it out to a loyal customer is crazy!!!!!? I know you guys tired of me but dang you didn’t have to do me like this!?? I won’t order here again!!!!

Thank you to James, a manager at this location for delivering my pizza!I placed an order for delivery and the driver called while he was on the way and stated he did not feel comfortable delivering it to the building where I was (law enforcement building). He stated he would not let me come out and meet him at his vehicle. Baffled, I called the store and spoke to the manager, James. He was very apologetic and personally delivered the pizza himself.

Supreme pizza was terrible. The sauce was not much more than tomato sauce. I also ordered boneless chicken wings. The most awful things ever!! They were not even real chicken. More like the fake chicken like the frozen chicken nuggets from grocery store. Then I got chocolate chip cookie. It was burned. I was so mad about this food. NEVER AGAIN ?

I got off work it's the chiefs game I said ok let's gets some pizza me my family so I came here now I tried to order online but the website never works ?. So I get there and the lady proceeds to tell me she can't give me that deal but she can give me her discount of 50% off I'm like well fine so I get a large pepperoni and hamburger pizza 10boneless bbq wings and garlic knots the order come out to 17.63 I'm like thank you oh my God that's such a good deal I tip the cashier the change of a twenty then but 3 cups of garlic butter sauce and give her another dollar tip. I'm waiting it gets packed so packed I'm freaking out COVID ya know they give the pizza to me I run out get home open the pizza first it's not mine it's sausage and pepperoni half and cheese other half I'm like omg the boneless wings are chicken bits the garlic knots are burnt and hard to chew terrible ? now I was just gonna deal but family won't even finish there food times are hard I can't afford two dinners because you guys can't serve what we pay for I'm so disappointed that I will never eat here again I go to the website they direct you to the store where I get I rude manager that says she will just replace the pizza next time I'm there the whole order should be replaced but why would I want it if it's cold and burnt this place deserve a 0 never again I want my money back id add the pictures if I knew howParking: Terrible service from the Managers

frustrated that we ordered 2 2 liters of pepsi zero. My sister in law came in to pick it up for us on her way to our house. She was not given the 2 liters. She went back in and they gave her 1 2 liter of pepsi. We do not drink pepsi. So I had dinner with no drink. As you all well know, soda goes great with pizza. It ruined the whole meal and our pizza night.
That store used to be great, but lately the service has been slow and the staff has not been very friendly. I've had to wait a while for my orders and the delivery times have been inconsistent. Additionally, the DoorDash drivers also seem to be having trouble with the wait times. I hope the store can improve its service soon.Unfortunately, the new employee or manager they hired has been quite rude and disrespectful also
