If I could give it 6 stars for a rating I would. The store manager was working alone when my son and I came in for the Halloween shape pizzas.She was overly helpful and very friendly. She had been short staffed and had to work all day. It was a great experience.We were laughing and talking about the different pizzas. I would definitely recommend going to the Papa Murphys in Lee's Summit just off 50hwy.Kid-friendliness: The have kid pizza kits to take home and make together. Those are a fun experience together. I call them "Take and Make".
I have been there twice with my dad and have had very good experiences. Cindy was super funny and friendly each time. We have ordered two family pizzas each time, and each time have had fantastic meals. Can't really beat their prices for how large the pizza is that you get.Also these reviews complaining about the pizza being raw are funny to me, it's like they have never seen a papa murphy's ad, or read any of the signage, or even the name on their google maps listing. The whole point is that you get cheap but fantastic pizza at the downside of having to put it in your oven for 20 minutes. If that's a deal breaker, go to Dominoes.

Came in here with my sister a few minutes before closing to order 2 pizzas. Girl with purple hair that was working here had a MAJOR attitude and did not seem very friendly. She clearly was not happy that we were there. This was my first time here, and if this is the kind of experience I have to look forward to at a Papa Murphys, then it will most definitely be the last time. If you hate your job THAT much, then I suggest searching for a different one. If you want to gain my business, FRIENDLINESS is key. I would’ve rather gone to a Papa John’s or Dominoes.

I guess this was just poor knowledge on my part but I had called to place an order over the phone. I was told that it would be ready in 20 minutes so I assumed that meant it would be cooked. When I got there nothing was made. I then waited another 20 minutes to be handed cold food? I didn’t know that the place only served cold food. I then asked for a refund after paying cash after I was under the assumption that the food would be cooked. I guess they also don’t do refunds without a manager.

I used to love their pizza, but we ordered 2 pizzas Thursday night and honestly had to throw them away. I ordered Gourmet Vegetarian and that's not what I got. It had Sun dried tomatoes which I hate, feta cheese and no other cheese. None of the topping that go on a Gourmet Vegetarian pizza. Even the crust was gross. My husband had a cowboy with jalapeños and the jalapeños were so wet the crust just literally fell apart. Ready to find my new favorite vegetarian pizza.

I have to say I was thoroughly impressed not only with the customer service that I received but also the quality of the food. Owen was the young man that waited on us he was super informative, very helpful I have never had that good of service at this location ever in the 8 years I have lived in this city. The Establishment was very clean and I will definitely return! Thank you owen!
