A sizeable professional group reserved the back event room. Upon arriving, there was a friendly greeting from the reception staff. The appetizers served were hot and delicious. The service from the two servers was spot on. Pearl’s Taven location is in a well-lit and safe area. The men’s restroom is well-maintained. I'd definitely recommend.Parking: Parking was a bit tight in the main surrounding parking lot of the restaurant, mainly due to the large group I was part of. There is additional parking adjoining retail stores.

Food was good and nothing to complain about. We had reservations as I know there is sometimes a wait. Staff was great and the cocktails were good too!

Been going here on and off for years. The service is typically horrible. But I like fresh oysters and they are $1 each during power hour. Last time I was there ordered my usual dozen oysters. I then decided to have dinner. So talked with my bartender, sat at the bar. Asked about the fish tacos. So, I ordered the fish tacos as well. After I finished the oysters, I am patiently waiting. Finally asked the bartender where the tacos are. Look at my bill and Noah, the guy that took my order forgot to put the order in. Then the other bartender tells me he is off the clock. So, I guess forget customer service. Won't be back.

My favorite seafood place in Lee's Summit Hands down! Absolutely love their happy hour menu! ❤️ the service is always excellent and on top of their tables. The food is always the same. Quality is very high and the taste is truly delicious. Hard not to love this place. They also have liquor crush drinks. The strawberry basil crush is super refreshing. Would highly recommend this place to anyone who loves seafood.

For our 5th wedding anniversary we had dinner at Pearl Tavern. Lauren did a great job of taking care of us and she had really good recommendations and she was very personable. The oysters were small but pretty good. We both really enjoyed the crab rangoons that had a lot of crab meat in them. My wife had the Chealen Sea Bass and she said it was light and flaky and the miso demi glaze was sweet and it was very good. I got fish and chips and it was one large piece of fish. It was so big and had so much batter that they had to cook it longer to make sure it was done, so it was overcooked in my opinion. The one negative it that between our table and the table next to us was turned into a wait staff highway. They kept squeezing between the tables while delivering food and it was annoying. I put a chair there to stop this constant traffic. I was difficult to enjoy our dinner with people constantly coming through and having to move for some of the employees. The manager said she would move the chair for us and we explained why we put it there. She asked if we wanted to move to another table and we said yes. She never came back and we told Lauren we were fine at this table if was can leave the chair between the 2 tables, she said not a problem.

Made a reservation for 730… showed up at 645 and was told by the hostess working on the evening of 3/1 that we had to wait til our reservation of 730. Then multiple walk ups get sat within 15 minutes and then we ask the hostess and they say they can put us on the list. Why would you not put on the list when we showed up? If you are like me and don’t want to have to deal with a botch job of service go somewhere else.

Had the best experience here tonight! We decided to sit at the bar. The bartender (Demetri, I believe) was very helpful and attentive, he gave us details about dishes that we had questions on and was very personable. Everyone was super friendly, and the food was great! We will definitely be going back!

Food and service here is always great! I love sitting at the bar and talking with Josh, the oyster shucker. I have tried most of the menu but now have a handful of items that are my favorite.
