Won't EVER go again... Worker first forgot about our garlic cheese bread because he was working on free food for a friend of his that came in, then remembered and put it in, but forgot about it again, again talking to his friend. When we were done with our pizzas we finally got up and asked about the bread again and he realized he forgot and pulled a burnt one out of the oven. We asked if he could just refund that, and he said yes and said he did it, but couldn't give me a receipt? I asked a couple more times and he said it just goes through the system and will come off my card within 5-7 days. I said I didn't think that was how that works, but he insisted it was done and taken care of, so I dropped it and we left. After a week with no credit showing on my account. I reached out to one email address of the store that was listed on their website for assistance, and never heard back. Three days later, I subsequently found another email address, and forwarded my email to him. There was a little correspondence back and forth and he had said he was taking care of it. Two different times I followed up, and a credit never appeared on my account. I then had to dispute it with my bank, and they contacted the merchant, and yes I did get a refund, but only for the item missing ($7). The whole transaction was $30. I think for all the hassle this caused, it would have been best to just refund the whole transaction, since I had to go to so much work just to get the small refund in the first place. This took up a month and a half of my time working with my bank to get this settled for $7... RIDICULOUS Definitely won't be going back because this trip cost me way more than $23 for just two people...

Good decently quick pizza place it's like a five guys or chipotle style ordering. You can pick a pizza recipe and they put it together or you can do a make your own pizza. I'd give it 5 stars but my girlfriends pepperoni pizza was slightly undercooked, I think they would benefit from leaving pizzas in the oven a little longer even if it means a slightly longer wait time.

Always impressed. Big Personal Sized pizzas and friendly pricing. Dont miss this place if you enjoy pizza and are in the Lee’s summit area. Not easy to get into but worth the trip. Fresh and quick food. In Summit woods crossing just off chipman road.

This little pizza place is tucked in the corner of the strip mall but I recommend giving it a try. They have many varieties of foods to choose from and their flatbread pizzas are the best. They also have a dessert pizza that you can try that is excellent and it is a nice end to your meal.

We have been to this place time and time again! I really can't say a negative comment here. The food is always fresh, you choose your own toppings and they have a few staples such as the what use to be called an angry bee pizza which includes spicy honey and sausage. The pizza is so good and the dough is soft yet still crispy. The place is cute inside an clean. You should give them a try.

I just want to start by saying the pizza is very very good. Every time I go there seems to be very few other customers for some reason, I don't know how this place stays open. I got dinner at Pinsa last night and it was comedic how zoned out and seemingly untrained every employee was. It seems like all 3 employees has just smoke a fat J out back before coming back from break (not that I particularly care if you do this, maybe don't get so stoned that it's clearly affecting your work). I watched an employed struggle for literally 10 minutes trying to fit a large pizza into a box clearly not big enough. Again, the pizza is always very good, I've had the wings once and they weren't anything special. Stick with the pizza and you won't be disappointed.

Used the free pizza offer and had a lovely fresh pizza. Cost is reasonable and menu choices are plentiful. Service is fast and friendly. Tip your servers!

Staff was Awesome!!! 2 sizes of pizza, personal size and table sized. This is the only Roman style pizza in the metro. The crust is light and crispy. The sauce is very good, with a slight tang but not overpowering. Undercarriage is firm with a decent crisp. Not big on square pies but the bread and sauce are very good. On the famigli size pie the inner squares were much less firm, lots of flop but still very tasty. After me and my lady put down half of the family sized mega pie I'm going with a score of 7.8. Solid pie, the best square slice I've had in a long time. Great quality and very solid execution. I will be recommending this to others.

We went in today, we had never had Pinsa pizza before. We were well taken care of and given a lot of knowledge about the pizza. It was really good and we can't wait to go back!

The owner helped us set up a car meet here and we couldn't have been happier we picked this place. They had parking spots saved for us right when we got there The service we received from the staff was amazing and the food was so good. If you have not tried this place your missing out.

Great non chain pizza spot. Very original Napolitano pizza. I got a meat lovers and a build your own pizza and it was plenty to feed three people when we added a salad and still had pizza left over. Friendly staff, they were very engaged while making my pizza and built it just as I asked with plenty of toppings (no skimpy pizza/pizza) Definitely a great place for a non-fried lunch made with fresh ingredients. Check it out.
