It's rather unfortunate that I have to leave a bad review but tonight my family received raw dough inside of our Alfredo chicken pizza, that was part of the buy a gourmet pizza get a 12" for free. I was so turned off by it I requested just a regular pepperoni pizza in exchange instead of another chicken Alfredo pizza. Katlin the shift manager refused to honor my request and said she could make the same pizza or have her gm call me in the morning for a credit! Her attitude was not caring at all. Ma'am you all messed up my families dinner! We could get sick! For such a serious matter you should have done more! Furthermore we also had a pepperoni pizza as well, tasted wonderful until I noticed gray on the crust!!!! I'm so upset because we have been loyal customers for years.The Lovelace Family

I’ve ordered from Sarpino’s for years and within the last 6 months it’s really gone downhill. I wanted to try the lasagna and found hard noodles and it was swimming in sauce. Very disappointing. Just stick to pizza.
