I've tried the Overland Park location (to-go) it was better than expected. Decided to give the Lees Summit one a try but sat down this time. My food came out cold and the taste was just... off putting. Service was the kicker. Our server brought us our drinks and we didn't see him for a good 30 minutes until we had already "eaten". 2 stars is given because my girlfriend said her food was alright.

I'd never been here before. I was in town visiting my son and he recommended Shack. I was genuinely surprised by the portion sizes. The service was great and the food was amazing! It was so good we went back the very next day!

Long wait for just bland food. Wanted a water but all I got was the baby cup they start with. Ran through that & the bottle fast. No refill. Booths in entryway were dirty. Got the turkey avocado club. Bacon was hard & chewy. No real flavor to it. Side salad that was an extra $2.99 literally had diced tomatoes & cheap looking shredded cheese. No croutons, cucumbers, egg or bacon. Mom got the Denver omelette. I tried it, again no real flavor. Interior was cool. It got 2 stars because the server was really nice.

The food was good but not fantastic. The service was excellent. The wait time was 45 minutes so obviously it is a popular place.

I really enjoyed my omelet with bacon, avocado, and veggies smothered in queso. The hash browns were crispy as they should be.

The food was just ok. For the price, I was expecting more. First Watch, Big Biscuit, iHop are all a much better value. My wife said this location wasn't typical as she enjoys the Overland Park location.

When you first walk in and see all the writing literally on the walls, you question your decision. But go on in. It is a very clean, beautiful place. We had The Kitchen Sink breakfast, it was delicious. The wait staff are wonderful and friendly. The atmosphere is very relaxed. The names of the options on the menu will have you laughing. Highly recommend.Parking: Large parking lot as it is in a steep mall type setting. Handicap accessibleKid-friendliness: They have 6 televisions, 3 on each side that will keep them entertained, also a kids menu and many options, even for picky eaters
