This is a great place to go shoot some pool or play darts. Very friendly waitress and good bar food. The three stars is for any day there is league/tournament play. Call ahead and if there is league or tournament play going on, go somewhere else. We were there for a birthday party with about 10 people - just wanted one table to take turns on. We found a table that didn't have a reserved sign and after a game someone from the "tournament" kicked us off the table. We relocated the whole group to a second table and the same thing happened about 20 minutes later. Both tables sat unused with reserved signs for 20+ minutes. We asked to talk to management with no luck. Our amazing waitress did her best, but ultimately we left and went somewhere else after an hour or so of frustration.

We were there for a large event (over 150 people). The pool tables were very well maintained. The atmosphere was perfect for playing pool or grabbing a meal or drinks with friends. Unfortunately, they only had 2 servers and a bartender working the front of the house. They worked their butts off, but it was impossible for them to keep up with everyone. With more staff, this place would be sheet perfection.Parking: The more than ample parking was a shared lot with several businesses in a strip mall.Kid-friendliness: I saw a few children with their parents. They were able to watch their parents play pool or watch one of several TVs. They were well behaved and seemed content to just be a part of the excitement of it all.

For the most part, the waitresses are cool, but as in life there’s always going to be a small contingent of trash, no matter what. No different at Side Pockets.The people/managers behind the bar could be more attentive/receptive, as opposed to acting like they don’t see people.Why work in hospitality if you don’t want to be hospitable?
Stopped in for a quick lunch. Not very busy. Friendly staff.I had the reuben and it was ok. My wife had chicken tenders and they were good. The fries and tots were great! I've heard the tenderloin is awesome and will likely try it next time.You get an hour of free pool with a lunch order. Send like a good lunch break with some buddies!

The Philly Cheesesteak was great. Loved our server and her dry sense of humor lol. Only thing was the music selection. They only played country. Maybe a mixup would be nice with other genres.
