These people are so rude, customer service sucks and they talk over you and rush you to order, then turn around and get mad when they mess up your order and then say it’s the customer fault.

Went through the drive thru. The staff was fast and efficient. Prices are reasonable. I recommend this place for a quick meal, especially when you are on the run.
Ordered one large cheddar bites, two pretzels and one large drink. Received the large drink, but received some chili tots when I drove back at the sonic. They Grabbed the sack from my hands like I was an inconvenience to them, rolled their eyes and went back into the store.never said hold on, Came back 12 minutes later with the correct food. Don’t expect this Sonic to be here in two years with service like this.

1I am so disappointed in this Sonic. I give it another chance the fries were cold as ice...nasty!!! The 6" chili dig was ok. Ot could've been warmer. I called a number what a joke!!! They wanted info on receipt date, time ck #. They were going to "give" me tots or fries after all this rig a ma role. I had to have the app (she could walk me through it). What a bunch of crap!!! I ate ate herford house and a salad didn't have many nuts or strawberries. They sent a $25 gift card!! Wow..Sonic makes you jump. through hoops then you need the app to get I guess satisfactory fries??? THIS PLACE IS SO FRICKIN SAD!!! I don't understand your lack of customer service and quality. Why provide hot fresh food when if you complain it doesn't do any good. It's frustrating most places don't care. Can you at least tell employees if they don't know how to pro ounce a name...perhaps Google will help. WellI guess thanks for listening. I know sonic has good product. I can't help but think is it because it's r5 minutes til closing time or employees and the company don't care!!!!

We ordered in the stall and waited patiently for over 30 minutes, all we ordered was 2 drinks, 1 burger, and 1 tot. When I called back to check on my order the lady was very rude, acted as if my order magically disappeared then she kept acting like she didn’t hear me. My stomach is hurting from hunger I won’t be wasting my time or money here anymore. Not understanding why everybody else got their order except me. Very unprofessional wondering and Horrible customer service didn’t even care to make it right it’s only 3 in the evening if you don’t like your job quit and go home instead of giving poor customer service.

The speakers at the stalls desperately need updated at this location. Repeated my order several times, slowed down and enunciated and the wrong thing was repeated back several times. I don't blame the order taker seeing how rusted out the speaker at our stall was. On top of that, when our order was finally put in correctly, we received our sandwich incorrectly. Ordered a chicken sandwich with mustard, tomato, and pickle and got mustard, tomato, and lettuce.
