I have never thought to write an establishment a poor review, but there’s a first time for everything I suppose! The customer “service” I received in the drive-thru by a young woman was so asinine that I told her “I’ll just go to Scooter’s instead”. I left the drive-thru empty handed, and the only thing that will ever be in my mouth again from Starbucks is a bad taste.

Just went through the drive thru and ordered a grande Pumpkin Spice Latte. Didn't taste it until half way across town. It was just coffee and milk, nothing else in it. Very disappointed and too far away to drive back.

Some of the rudest staff I’ve ever encountered especially the afternoon, they mess drinks up continually they are never consistent they used to be great but the last 4-5 months the entire staff needing extreme training in my opinion I’ve taken so many people here and every time there drinks are not made correctly.

What can you say? Starbucks has their act together! Rarely do I have to wait long for my order and this place is busy nonstop. The staff still finds it in them to smile and be pleasant despite being freaking busy af. Take your pic of coffee cause they have it all! Pastries, muffins, and all the yummy stuff that will make your tummy big if you over indulge. But it's hard not to, the food is good. Come see for yourself!

Very tidy location despite how busy they ALWAYS are. Mad props, I've never had a difficult time getting my order placed AND they put my coffee in my tumbler. So many times I'm told no by stores and these new plastic lids simply don't just pop off so I can put it in my Starbucks cup.Wheelchair accessibility: Very wide open yet plenty of seating indoor and outdoor.
Pretty much the worst Starbucks location I’ve ever been to. The staff is always incredible rude and they mess up drinks OFTEN. Will not be returning and I suggest you avoid at all costs.

It's Starbucks. You know what they have. However, this is one of the busiest ones in the KC area because it's by 3 shopping malls, off of a 4 way interstate highway, 2 other state highways, and 2 main roads through the area. If you complain about your order taking too long, go into the Target Starbucks across the street and get a coffee. But I would stay here. They are fast, consistent, have wonderful, hard-working people there who remember all of the regulars and coo and compliment almost every single person (or pet in the drive thru)! Their managers are awesome and they take into account how much traffic there is, that the employees must be empathetic, compassionate, hard-working, and most of them come in to help on their days off. The manager here, Dan, is phenomenal at making interpersonal connections not just with customers, but by making the working environment fun and making sure everyone is cohesive.It is clean for being so busy, the ambiance is great for talking or working and the drinks and food are what you expect from Starbucks and prepared accordingly! My favorite Starbucks in KC for people-watching!

After running into Buff City Soap next door we went into Starbucks for a coffee. We accidentally forgot the container of laundry soap on the table and realized it a couple of days later. When we went back for it we were told that one of the employees took it home and used it. We weren’t offered any compensation or apologies. We were completely dumbfounded. Surely Starbucks has a lost and found policy. We will never be back to this Starbucks location.
