This subway is far from good. The service is non existent and rude. I've worked at a subway before, we charge 0.40 for a large water since we're only charging for the cup. Lady tried to charge 3.49 for a large soda and refused to listen when i tried to correct her for a water.Also their churros should be pre thawed, not still frozen in the middle of the day.

They're always out of something I want - meatballs, tuna, Italian herb and cheese bread, triple chocolate cookies... Not very clean: tables and soda fountain aren't wiped down, straws/lids are poorly stocked.

It makes no sense to not notice customers that are walking right through the door when you too busy chatting in the kitchen. Change your business hours if you not ready to serve customers. This is totally unacceptable and a waste of time.

Worst experience I ever had the manager they said she was threw my sandwich on the floor only cuz the meat ball warmer was broke so they had to heat them up when I sat down they were still cold as hell all I asked was to heat it back up and she got mad snatched my sandwich and threw it all over the floor behind her ..Couple of work guys just walked up to me and Said she must be having a bad day cuz she treated them with the same attitude never go there again and will tell all my friends to go to a diffrent one..

this employee has ignored us the entire time her name is steph and has horrible customer service. whenever we were ready she just stood there and stared at us until we spoke. i do not believe i should be treated this way while trying to enjoy my subway. thank you

I ordered a meatball sub, black olives, American and parmesan cheese, toasted. When I got home I found a rock hard sandwich with no American cheese. They toasted it so long its burnt. Why wouldn't they remake it at that point? Also double check the ticket to be sure its made correctly. My dogs would give them 5 stars though, since they were the one to eat it. $10 sandwich for them.

The employee was yelling the whole time , very unprofessional, rude , she ruined the vibe of the place , threw off the whole experience, the food was ok but the workers on the other hand were horrible, she made faces when I was ordering , and talked over me multiple times . she needs to fix her face

I like subway but this one is not worth it. You ask for a light amount of mayo and they drown your sandwich. You will also find all of your toppings to be on the outside of your sandwich. I always get the same thing but this subway is the only one that has this much trouble with making my food.

I've come to this subway a few times. It's hit or miss depending on who is working. Jan 9th 2023 came in around 10am. Only one person. I don't know her name but she was fantastic! All the food looked great! Very awesome experience I give her 5 stars. I came in again Jan 11th about 1030am. A guy and the girl with the pink hair. Didn't even say hi to me. No greeting. She looked like she didn't want to be there. The equipment wasn't ready. There were several items missing. Things looked messy. My sandwich was awful. And the attitudes and lack of any emotion was appalling. So again. Its hit or miss with this location.

I walk in the store. The two employees are sitting at the front of the store at a table, not taking anybody’s orders with the whole store open, and nobody behind the counter, protecting the money or taking peoples orders they just sat with their heads down and didn’t help out why are they even working?

My sandwiches are usually okay, I never complain, HOWEVER this is gross. I know accidents happen but like… there is a literal glove in my sandwich, yuck.
