I go to this location often but the last couple times the service has just gotten awful. General manager is absolutely disrespectful. They also have roaches I discovered at my last visit, 0/10 do not recommend. Spend your money elsewhere!

My dine-in lunch experience was very good with one major exception. I liked the welcoming, friendly, laid-back, efficient, helpful service and the nice, fairly new dining area with background music and greenery view. My 6" oven-roasted chicken on multi-grain ($5.49) was prepared with no skimping on my selections from the several available fresh toppings. Unfortunately, the bread did not taste fresh - maybe multiple days old. Usually, Subways smell like freshly baked breads and cookies in the morning, but not this one. If not for the bread, then this was a four star Subway experience.

The person was helpful but irritated me when he took my coupon when where I live they don't and then lied to me and said it only works once. Out said he lying but left it at that. I have chrolns and I go in for just meat and cheese sandwiches because they agree with me.

We come to this subway at least twice a month for about 3 years. Most of the employees are good except for one young person ?? in the last few months who is mildly rude to condescending if asked to repeat their question( because of the excess noise from music and the ice machine etc). However, that aside, today for the first time we were informed that there we no refills on drinks because of COVID. I suppose I would be willing to chip in an extra dime or quarter for two extra cups. But to be charged full price for extra drinks is uncalled for. This is still the USA , not a second or third world country with a miserable economy. Syrup, ice and water are not that expensive. I know! We probably won’t be back because we are on a fixed income. Using COVID as an excuse is not legitimate.! We may check to see if this rule is resended. So sorry.....

This place is a joke. It's a store that sells sandwiches, yet more times than not, when I go there and ask for Italian bread, they never have it. Today the sarcastic response I got, when I asked why they're always out of bread....because we sell it! Well part of your job is to bake more bread when you're out, and since the store was empty at 2pm and you're standing around doing nothing, bake more bread. If it was a one time thing that would be different, but it's a constant Such a joke
