This was absolutely my best experience at any Subway....ever! The customer service was amazing and they were beyond helpful and accommodating! They went out of their way to ensure our food was made to our liking, (as a plant based eater), and made to perfection!! The restaurant was super clean! So glad we stopped in for a quick bite!

This place routinely close early. When they are open they really don’t seem to understand what you are asking them. You need to repeat the order several times. Dumpy. Dirty. This isn’t the subway I know.BTW the spinach gives you the runs. Not clean.

I can honestly say, this is one of the better Subway’s here in Lee’s Summit. It’s perfectly made, fresh ingredients flatbread soft (I don’t like toasted) sweet onion teriyaki is always my go to. Ohhh, can’t forget the raspberry cheesecake cookies! Lunch was great! Thanks Subway!

If there was a way to rate no stars I would. Came into subway for a quick lunch break while shopping. My friend and I wanted to add fresh mozzarella to our sandwich. The lady on staff noticed some mold and quietly called over the man on staff and whispered there was mold. He proceeded to completely ignore her and grab a slice from the bottom. When confronted he kept asking if we still wanted it and completely disregarded us when we said it was moldy. This wasn’t just a little mold, it was completely covered. We changed our cheese choices and he kept making our food with the same gloves that he touched the mold with. Completely ruined my experience. I was unable to eat my food for fear that I would get sick from improper food handling. Not only that but he didn’t even throw the cheese away. It was still sitting amongst all the rest of the food when we left half an hour later. So disgusting. Had my child not need to eat I would have completely walked out.

Was ordering a sub at lunchtime. Gal noticed there was MOLD on the fresh mozzarella (that is an upcharge). Mentioned it to the gentleman and they swapped places. He proceeded to MAKE MY SANDWICH WITH THE MOLDY MOZZARELLA. I said umm no, don't put that on my sandwich. He looked at me confused and said I thought that's what you wanted. I said, pull back the plastic, that green is MOLD, NO I DO NOT WANT IT. Then continued to make others in line orders WITH THE SAME GLOVES. Oh and the moldy mozzarella? Still in the case TO BE USED.

It's a Subway. Inside a Walmart. We were grateful as it provided us the only seating in Walmart for the price of a drink while we waited for a tire to be repaired at the auto service center.

This place makes me wonder why they ran out of bread inside of a Walmart. Especially when they were too next to a bakery of all places

The women staff who work there are pretty rude they deserve to work in the sewage cleaning department instead of subway.
