Ordered double meat on a footlong BLT. Are you kidding? 4 strips of bacon. Not worth the extra $5.

Update: First off- I love Subway. This location did not please me today. Almost every table and booth were dirty, the chairs were not pushed in, a big trash bag was on the floor and trash juice was dripping from the front of the store to the back by the restrooms. The floors were filthy and covered with crumbs. The staff was more concerned with back of house tasks instead of making sure the atmosphere was good and clean for customers. Customer service was 4/5. I was not greeted and I was not spoken to when I left. I understand that it’s hard to find employees, but that does not mean employers should lower their standards and expectations. I am hoping this is a one-time incident because this location is closest to my house and like I said, I love Subway. Got to do better!!Old Post: My brother & I decided to come in for a late dinner. The guy working tonight was very kind and considerate when making our sandwiches. He made the Subway experience even better. Thank you!

Ordered online to pick up and they gave me stale bread and the wrong meat. So disappointed and I will never go to this location again.

Arrive at 9:15. Door locked, door says drive thru only from 9-10p. No worries. Get back in my car, wait at the drive thru box for several minutes. Pull to window, maybe people just weren't wearing their headsets. No worries, it's late. Employee comes over asking if I had an online, tell him no, just wanting to place."We close at 9pm."Your door says dining room at 9, drive thru 10. And your window open sign is on."Our drive thru doesn't work."Can I just order with you here at the window then?"No were closed except for online orders."So if I order online then I can get food?*Pauses* "Yes."Ok. Placed an online order at 9:27pm. Excited to see the quality of my sandwiches.Look, I get it. I worked in the food industry for 7+ years as front and back of house. I know how it is wanting to close the place early on a Saturday night when you're in the last hour. But if you're going to try and get away with "closing the kitchen" at least turn the drive thru board off and the Open sign off.Additionally the several other times I've come to this location they are out of quite a bit of stuff. Need to get it together.

LAZY girl working in there can’t even toast the bread or answer the phone.

Came in for a couple sandwiches, as I usually do. Young man at the counter says he has eggs in the back but can't sell them. He initially ignored the request outright. I'm unimpressed with this location.

I used to enjoy going here but for the last few months they have been out of Italian herbs and cheese bread that I always get. It's probably their most popular bread. They have had a sign up saying they are out due to supply chain but I can go to the other subway location in Lee's Summit off of HWY 291 and they had plenty of Italian Herbs and cheese. So I will not be coming back here until they do.

My BLT half sub was a disappointment. It was much smaller than it used to be. Is lettuce more expensive than usual? There was almost no lettuce on a B, lettuce, T. The bread was stale at one end and hard as a rock at the other end. I believe this store has a different standard for eat-in than it does for take-out.

Had a great experience. The workers had great customer service.

Came in to order a sandwich. The gentleman working was being extremely lazy and straight up gave off the vibe like he hated being there and me being there in that moment. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve walked into a subway and how quickly workers communicated with me as soon as I walked in. Simply saying, “welcome to subway I’ll be with you in a moment.” This was different. The gentleman definitely had an issue. I pick up on vibes pretty well. I waited a few moments for him to get out of the booth nearby and he definitely took his sweet time getting ready. Idk whatever the issue was with him, but I simply turned around and walked out. Sure, I could’ve asked, “hey is something wrong?” But with my experience in sales and dealing with customers, this was definitely something different….. hope this guy gets whatever help he needs.

Kind of a gross experience...a female with red hair made my sandwich. She touched her dirty face mask just before making my sandwich. As she was making it, the bacon fell out onto the counter and she grabbed it and threw it back into the sandwich. It was sloppy and fell apart as I was eating it. Can't remember this ever happening at a subway.

This place has no sandwiches that most people want. It's a waste of time to even come here. They don't have meatballs or steak and lack customer service.

I would just like one time when they are open during business hours. We have driven there several times well within their posted business hours just to find the door locked.

I asked for toasted.. not burnt to a crisp. This is nasty and not ok.
