We ordered on the app. When we got home with the order, it was missing one item. I tried to call them and had to leave a voice message. My husband drove back to Taco Bell. He explained about the missing item. He asked to have the entire order remade because it was all cold. They put the missing gordita in the bag with the rest of the original order, and gave it back. He asked about remaking the order. He was told it is all in there. They did not remake the order. The staff was unhelpful.I called the manager when my husband returned with the order. The only thing slightly warm was the replaced gordita. The rest was all cold and the taco shells fell apart. She was rude and said they made the item as soonas he came back. They followed company policy. She said I could complain to corporate and ask for a refund.The cinnamon twist tasted like the fry oil was old. Yuck!No more Taco Bell for us.

They stole $55 from us. We ordered online. Waited an hour. They said they never got our order, our card was charged for $55. The general manager offered no help and actually hung up on me.

You guys forgot like half our order, we were in a hurry so we didn't have time to check, we shouldn't have to check. This was ridiculous, we are about 15-20mins from this location so we'll need to make another stop, somewhere closer to home so we can get enough to feed our family. Do your jobs. Horrible experience.

I normally get 3 or 4 soft tacos and ask for extra meat and cheese with light lettuce. When the tacos arrive, there really isn't any extra meat or cheese in them. There is an upcharge for these as well.

Food was good, but not great The service was lacking. They didn't include the ordered sauce, so I had to go back inside, and I had to ask for my drink multiple times. When you're on a short lunch break at work, it forces you to have to eat fast due to simple mistakes. Also, my combo meal came in a sack, which wouldn't be a big deal except I used the box as a plate to eat in my work van.

Ordered mobile and arrived on time with the app saying the order is ready. They first said my order was wrong location then when I showed them the app they had me wait 15 minutes before a manager came up (40min after order placed). She said in the most ambivalent tone "door dash took your order" in a way that sounded like it was almost my fault. 30 minutes after order pickup they finally tossed my order on front counter like I was annoying them or something. This was 55 minutes after initial app order.Owner. Check you cameras to verify and get things straight. KMAC franchise just south of you has procedures for this and I'm surprised the store is run like this. There are also sticky printers being rolled out to attach to kds to prevent this issue. Really little excuse to the issue, before or after.

The absolute only reason that I am giving this place even one star at this point is due to the fact that in order to leave a review I have to add a star. I came to this restaurant on November 12, 2023. On my way into the drive-through entrance coming from the El Puerto Mexican restaurant parking lot a young man and a 90s early 2000s black Grand Am was speeding through that parking lot of El Puerto and almost hit my vehicle. He then proceeded to tell and scream through his window me how to drive my vehicle when he almost hit me. Then I get in the drive-through mind you he has managed to get to the drive-through before me and he proceeds to cuss me out talk smack to me and then have a full on conversation with the gentleman taking the order through the drive-through and then refuses to get my online order info. So I pull forward when pulling forward they intentionally are waiting to hand this young man his drink, which was the only thing he ordered so that in fact, I would now have to wait longer. So because I defended myself to this little teenager who is wildly disrespectful, and clearly needs better parents they tried to not give me my order. I then proceeded to call the store as they have insured to lock all doors to the inside, and she tells me that I am in the wrong after not even knowing what was going on, so I explain to her that I need my order that I have paid for, and that this is completely ridiculous and absolutely unprofessional. Finally, she tells me she will get my order prepared but they are short staffed so it is going to take a minute. That's fine however here I am waiting for 30 minutes for my order. I will not return to this Taco Bell and management upper management needs to handle the situation which occurred around 5 PM. And only part of what they heard was me defending myself with this ridiculous teenager. Disrespectful, un professional, I understand that it's hard to find people to work, but having to deal with what I have dealt with today and not getting my order in a timely manner is absolutely unacceptable. I am in customer service and the customer is not always right. By the way the situation was handled is absolutely Unacceptable. And if you look at all the negative reviews between here and Google, it absolutely amazes me to see nobody and management has done anything whatsoever to get the store up and running in a good way.. Ultimately at the end of the day the manager gave me my food. I waited forever, but somebody needs to take control of the store.

I said no beans on my order literally 3 times. It wasn't busy. There wasn't a line. The guy even repeated it back to me and they STILL put beans on my order. They didn't put the cheese in for our nachos. We got back and realized it wasn't in there. Not worth the gas to drive back. It wasn't a complicated order in any way. I'm an easy going no drama girl. They never give or offer receipts. They mess up my food EVERY time that I'm here. LITERALLY every time. Each time I've hoped it would be better it never is. They also give the world's tiniest portions. It's not worth the money. I've wasted so much time and money here. Never again. This Taco Bell is trash. They never hire good people. I'm not going back. NEVER going back. HORRIBLE!!!!
