I order taco bell fairly regularly and all over the city due to me being a mobile technician. The service was good and the teller was polite. But I've never had food from a taco bell put together with less care or attention. Requested no lettuce on my tacos, nothing but lettuce and a tiny bit of meat and cheese. Bought a 5-layed burrito with no changes to it, pretty much all lettuce....lettuce not even being an ingredient in the 5 layer burrito. Fire or retrain your cook they're hurting this location.

You can't screw up Taco Bell. The order is always right. We did ask that the Mexican Pizza be in a separate bag to avoid squishing.

We decided to dine in. I've gotten accustomed to zero guest service and using the kiosk. This doesn't mean I like it. While we dined, at least 2 people wouldn't order because they couldn't get someone to the counter to take their order. They simply wanted an associate to ring them up. That doesn't seem like too much to ask. It was frustrating to watch. We were in there for 30 minutes and witnessed this twice. Imagine how much business they are losing because of the lack of service. Another lady dining in even approached us and asked if we were disheartened by the lack of service. There was a young man in the back working hard to get the orders out. He was trying. Uugghh, they just aren't set up for success with this new kiosk ordering system. So unfortunate.
