Cant fathom how to run 2 mobile orders for 1 vehcile. Had to wait in drive through to come in for my order.

We had lunch on Saturday (3-23) afternoon. Our food was good. Dining area clean. I wish I would have gotten the manager (or assistant manager)in charge name because she was so kind and friendly. Talking with guests asking about their food and recommending some of their new items. We will be going back and trying some of her recommendations.

Been stopping at this taco bell for a while. I work in the area and its convenient. The quality of the food being served has went down hill bad. Go to a different place to eat. This one sucks.

When visiting this location the online ordering was down the cashier Lonniesha S. Said that they were not able to honor a online price since its online exclusive. We then asked when the online ordering would be back up and got a sharp response of they are working on it. Our order since the online was down was 10 dollars more than what we had expected due to the online deal. Besides that when we got to the payment window they asked for the card and Lonniesha was eating food right in the drive thru window while fulfilling drink orders. This is very unsanitary. This experience was definitely more to be desired. And once completing this transaction the online ordering was back up once we called them out.

Nothing better then watching some girl working the drive through eat her lunch bare handed. All while filling up drinks in between bites. Side note very convenient of them to shut off online orders just for lunch time.

I put in a mobile order for a company, manager calls to get one more bacon burrito. There was no one behind me and not to mention the food we already ordered they told us they didn’t have. The manager says I don’t do add on at the window. There was no one behind me it’s icy out because the parking lot isn’t done. Rude, disgusting and can’t even have the food that’s on their menu. The hash browns were rock hard and cold. The burritos were disgusting. I will never come here again. Management was poor!

Forced me to come inside to pickup my online order. No idea why I had to walk inside. There was no line in the drive through. I've placed online orders at other taco bells and I have never been forced to come inside for pickup.
