My friend was done with their burger by the time I got a steak knife for my undercooked steak. Didn’t get drinks till the meal came. Three asparagus spears with a fourty dollar steak dinner. Used to come a lot - we’re done. Oh yeah and they put a table next to silverware station so we got to listen to that all night along with server gossip/gripe.

Is the food good who knows cause we didn't even get to sit down as me and my wife undecided between this restaurant and another for our anniversary but it was a no brainer when told the hostess we needed a table for 2 and she mentioned we would have to wait when there was over 20 tables or more open being it was a Sunday evening and there was maybe a dozen people or less in the restaurant so on to next restaurant we did... So thanks 3rd Street Social for putting a damper on our anniversary but it turned out nice at another restaurant. Besides Google and Yelp reviews word of mouth can be the best or worst thing for any restaurant or business.

Chicken pot pie was just okay. The quality of chicken was below the standard I was expecting. Server charged by card for the incorrect amount. Didn't say a word until I brought it to his attention. Third time I've been and I won't be back.

Jake, our server, was great but we asked a bus boy to grab us a couple of plates and he was rude, refused and walked away mumbling...the only downside to an otherwise delightful outing.

Downgrading my review from 6 years ago.Food and service experience was solid, but the men's restroom didn't have a baby changing table. Seems small but families flood this place for brunch on weekends. Major letdown to not see a changing table but expect to be frequented often. Every time I come in town I grab a group of friends to have brunch there. Noone wants a dirty diaper changed in the booth they are eating breakfast in. Fortunately, there are more accommodating options in the city.Kid-friendliness: No changing tables in men's restroom

First time there and the service was phenomenal. Fried chicken and mashed potatoes were great, however the pickled veggie cup wasn't for me it had peppers with seeds and made it way to spicy for me to eat.

Sure hope you didn't want to park in their parking lot. The employees block the drive so you can not circle the lot. Great customer service!

Food was great maybe a bit pricey but fancy. Service was good, but they could use a bit more room!

Fantastic gem in downtown Lee's Summit. The food was perfect, the atmosphere is excellent and our server (Trent) was terrific. Stop by this place if you're ever in town!

Must Visit in LS Enjoyed: Cocktail: The Lavender Bee Tom's Town Gin, Lavender Simple Syrup, Honey Syrup, Orange Bitters -Fresh, tangy, citrus, edge of sweet Pork Belly Burnt Ends -carmelized, savory, crispy ends Corn bread was just ok, but comes with the burnt ends, no substitutions Mini Cheddar Biscuits Buttermilk Drop Biscuits, Honey-Butter Glaze -Flavorful, Slight honey drizzle, not dry Peanut Butter pie: Oreo crust, cold creamy pb filling, chocolate top - big enough to take most home to freeze & enjoy for a few days Tip: Parking lot can fill up, allow time to drive around & find street parking if needed Service: no complaints Ambiance: Snappy casual, can be a tad noisy depending on crowds Visit: 12.14.24

This is one of many establishments in the downtown area. Being the Sunday of the St. Patty weekend, it was surprisingly quiet compared to Saturday. We sat in the bar area tables as we didn't make a reservation. The service was not extremely fast or attentive but we were in no rush, all good. Given all the BBQ I've been having, I selected something a bit different. The bone marrow was not very flavorful however the pastry was crispy. Contents in the dish varied in temperature but my friend thinks the dishes were sitting out on the warmers for a longer than desirable.

I was very excited to come and try this place. However customer service was very bad. the host was rude and the manager was as well. Food was good but because of the rude and unprofessional customer service I will not be coming back.
