I went in today for the first time. I let the staff know it was my first time there & they offered no help. They were not warm, welcoming or helpful at all. I ordered the Açaí bowl. Their bowls are not fresh. The base is frozen and they cut up little pieces of fresh fruit on top to distract you. My base was frozen solid, I couldn’t eat it. I won’t be back.

When you walk in it’s so clean and pleasant!!! I ordered a wrap combo Baja chicken with the chia banana boost smoothie everything is to die for ???????????? ? ??? this will be my weekly place to come !!!!!! It’s a must try place

Me and my girlfriend thought we’d try this place finally and were very disappointed, we got the strawberry shortcake and berry bliss and they both tasted super bland or watered down , on top of that the price was almost 9 dollars a drink which is crazy!

Overall: The food was full ull of flavor. Really enjoyed eating there. Smoothies were just ok. Can't wait to go back for the food.We ordered the Caribbean j*** chicken wrap and the chicken caprese sandwich. They both came with chipsfor adding $8.50.The caribbean j*** rap was full of flavors a little spicy but super good. The chicken caprice was just fine a little small for the price But it had a good flavor the chicken was season nicely. We also ordered smoothies. The green detox smoothie had too. Much ginger not enough sweetness to balance it out. When we asked to add more juice they added straight sugar. It was better but still not very good. The paradise point smoothie was fine. I added a energy shot, which had no energizing effect. Atmosphere was pleasant. It had an island feel. Lighting was nice and bright. Service was ok. It's an order at the counter and take your food to a table. No follow up Service.

We love this place. The smoothies are large and great tasting. The food is simple but very flavorful. Try the breakfast wraps, so so good.

Alert!!! I recently had a troubling and dangerous experience with this location that till this day has been very poorly handled. About 3 days ago I ordered a smoothie before a meeting. While in my meeting I was drinking my smoothie and felt something hard in my mouth. I pulled it out and to my disbelief and all of my coworkers disbelief it was a piece of glass or hard plastic that looked like glass. I tried to call right away and they did not answer. I was really concerned that I possibly could have swallowed more and needed to be check out. Since I couldn't reach them I called corporate where I was told that they were sending a message and someone would reach out. I insisted that they transfer me to someone that could handle this immediately. For one they needed to make sure the establishment was investigated and this didn't happen to anyone else and two, I had hoped that they would at least show any kind of concern about my well being and the consequences this could potentially cause to my health. Instead I was met with sorry for your inconvenience and well refund you money. What! Who cares about that and this is far from a inconvenience this is dangerous! I told the lady that I need to speak to someone asap and she said she had no way to get me to them and that if I ended up going to ER in and emergency that I could call back and tell them that I was there. I can not make this up. Who is going to call customer service and wait on the phone to let them know, "oh hey, I'm in the E.R because I have glass in my stomach from you smoothie! I guess me bleeding in the E.R was they way to actually get to someone to act on this.Needless to say nothing was done from corporate, no one has called me back. I did finally talk to the store manager and all he could say repeatedly was he has no idea how this could have happened. He mentioned he would call corporate. I have no idea if that actually happened and he wasn't even concerned enough to get my info and check back with me even after I mentioned my concern about potentially swallowing glass fragments. You would think if he did, corporate would have found my report and contacted me sooner but nope. Nothing! Apparently their customers safety is not that important.

I’ve always been a fan of tropical smoothie and was excited to know there was a nearby location to me, my excitement surely ended after this experience. If I could give the staff zero stars I would, for some reason me and my partner were treated very different than the other customers. The customer service was plain rude, seemed to be annoyed. Asked for some extra sauce and the older lady on the clock got upset. Our order came wrong which was not the problem at all, mistakes happen however the issue is the employees getting upset and being rude since the beginning. I do customer service myself and understand we all have bad days but it’s not an excuse to take it out on your customers. I will however say there was a younger lady working as well that was the only one that made it ok. Other than that the gentleman and the older lady working need some customer service training. The gentleman who seemed annoyed since the beginning was Mike, I believe he was the manager on the clock. Having management like this doesn’t speak very highly of the company.
