Absolutely the worst Wendy’s in Kansas City, save your time and go elsewhere, the girl working the speaker in the evenings is about worthless and has no idea how to multi task or talk to customers, waited in line for 25 plus minutes only to be rudely spoken to and the food was disgusting, save your time and go somewhere

Always slow - I always say that I'm not gonna come back but it like Wendy's food so I come back to this store, but same story as always.This las time I asked for a bacon burger... it came w/o bacon! Just the beef pattie... no time to go back... so frustrating!

This is absolutely unacceptable, wouldn’t recommend anyone to eat here. Got all the way home and my entire order was wrong. I was the only one in line and this bag is literally leaking grease 0 stars for me!

Haven't been to a Wendy's in years sure to poor service at different locations. Things haven't changed. Went here for lunch dinner in. Was informed by the manager he would take my order shortly. After 5 minutes they attempted to do a shift change. That didn't work them at all. Another 5 minutes goes by and I ask the manger if he could take our orders and he snapped back "NO". Some things don't change no matter where you go.

doors were shut so i went into drive through, was asked what i wanted to order, then we said we had a pick up then completely ignored us and said nothing. then we drove up to the window and she got an attitude and yelled that she had no employees and said that were completely closed. they shouldve said that and not have asked what we wanted at the speaker then completely ignored us.

The burgers are well worth a try! A bit on the expensive side, but what isn't nowadays? Delicious! We did not attempt to dine inside so don't know if that was an option or not.

I have currently been sitting in line FOR A HOUR. If you are looking for drive through services this is NOT THE PLACE TO GO. Customer service is terrible & the employees need retraining on how to just listen and take an order. This place needs to be shut down, or cleared out and replace the employees with people who work for their hourly not screw off.

The manager lady was pretty cool. I made sure to call ahead to see if the lobby was open and they opened it for me. I don't mind the drive through, but sometimes there's always that one person who doesn't know what they want, so they take forever to order. I'm a lobby guy.
