Normally food is excellent last sea shares I got the breading was definitely off. Love that I can order a side of krumbs. Sometimes the service is slow but, when the inside is closed and onlydrive thru is open only. I understand the wait is longer than normal. One of the best seafood places ever so I will make the drive and wait patiently.

This store had some really bad issues in the past. 2 different times I waited an hour for food. Yes, literally an hour! Went back yesterday for the first time in months and the service was great! Friendly people, quick service and great food. Whatever they have done, it's a very positive change.

Worthless and incompetent staff! Go somewhere else! Ordered a shake, advised I had a coupon via email. Clicked "redeem" and ready to show to the cashier. The young cashier asked for help, another man stepped up to the window and asked another man who advised the coupon is only good ordering online. The email doesn't mention anything about "online" and I've used such coupons several times before. Advised to cancel and drove off.Management are too incompetent to do their jobs! Previous two times I've stopped, the dining room is closed. I'll take my business elsewhere now! Hardee's down the road closed, maybe this location is next! If you want fish, chicken or burgers, Culvers is less than a mile away and they have great food, service and employees!

I cannot rate the “atmosphere” since we did not go inside the establishment, I went through the drive-thru 8/29 around 7pm.Ordering I kept getting cut off & you could tell the people working that shift were not happy to have to make food for customers by the tone of voice.Asked for a blended float & they didn’t tell me the blender wasn’t working until we were at the window. Which is fine, I will live.The guy working the window handed us our root beers & they were not even half full, so once he got to a point where he gave us our food I asked politely for him to fill out cups up & he was pissy about it & managed to get root beer all over the sides of the cup and handed it out like that. Also got soda on the side of my driver’s door as well.The food? Gross. You could tell my Papa burger had been sitting for who knows how long & my partner’s Long John Silver’s was disgustingly greasy.Won’t be going back. Waste of $22 & some odd cents.
I absolutely love Long John's!! However, the lobby is always closed.. the order is always messed up... ? hopefully, they can get their stuff together and get a good team in place and start thriving

Literally the most disgusting place I've eaten. When we got there the employee was arguing with a customer about the taste of the soda. She said it was out of syrup and he can tasting it saying it was fine. As we order he informed us the grills weren't working so no A&W. Also they were out of root beer. The food tasted like it was cooked in months old grease. The place was filthy as well. The whole shop goes out to lunch together every day. The guy who picked this place is no longer allowed to select where we go. It's become the butt of all of our lunch jokes. Avoid this place at all cost.

Expect to wait here no matter what you order, but it will be worth the wait. For a fast food joint they dont disappoint. My burger was crispy juicy and fresh. Fries were garbage but the burger was great. Nice and greasy to curb that craving.
This place; LJS/A&W is DISGUSTING!!! FILTHY, STINKY, YOU STICK TO THE FLOOR. Trash on tables, nasty condiments, the tartar sauce pump was broken and the lid was off... Gross!! The drink station was so sticky and dirty. I think they wiped it down with dirty mop water. The guy that took our order "Bob" took out some trash then went to handle food WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS! I had to tell the manager to have him wash before handling food. That was it. Over 20 minutes after ordering and food wasn't ready. I demanded and got a refund and promptly left. The health department will be getting a call in the morning.

I could've gotten past how bad the food was, but what really bothered me was the customer service. We specifically order a plain burger, but the lady who served us read the screen, told us that the burgers were plain, and the burgers were not plain. I understand getting an order wrong, but this was unexceptional. My mom and the server engaged in an argument, and the server was saying the same thing my mom was. Prior to this, when we were ordering our food, the person tried to make us leave because it was closing at 7:30, even though it was only 6:00. The restaurant looked closed on the outside, and we decided to never return to this specific ambiance. I am not sure if all A&W's are this way, but if they are all the way this one was, then I strongly believe that A&W should discontinue this restaurant, and focus on Root Beer. Thank you for taking the time to read this, and I hope you carefully consider my points.
