The ice cream was OK, nothing special. The person serving the ice cream was touching his hair and then serving. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting, there was mold in the corners, everything was rusty, just horrible.

Beyond & Above! I went to pick up my sisters birthday ice cream and requested shades of blue and baskin-robbins delivered! There were 3 different blues! Pick up was easy and took less then 5 mins! The employee was friendly and greeted me!We got mint chocolate chip and funfetti cake. Would stick to chocolate cake. The funfetti had a weird fruity taste.

I have previously been to this Baskin-Robbins, and had no issues. But today an older man was taking my order. I told him exactly what I wanted on my banana Royal. He puts one scoop of the correct ice cream on there. The other scoop was incorrect, so I had to correct him. Then I asked for gummy bears, instead of fudge, or caramel on top of my banana royal, and they have put them on there to substitute the caramel or fudge in the past.This old man was very rude about it, and told me he was going to charge me, $1.19 more. I told him I don’t understand you’ve done it before & not change. He said, do you want anything more ma’am. My response was no.He was very unprofessional.I will not be returning to this Baskin-Robbins.

Love this ice cream shop! Great owners ? always have good ice cream and handmade waffle cones with ? chocolate!! Ice cream cakes, shakes, and even just a scoop in a cup. Many fun memories are just sitting outside enjoying the day.They even do delivery *doordash and Uber

I’ve never been to a baskin robbins before, and tonight was my first time! There are tons of flavors and the employees are extremely friendly and efficient. They gave me 2 huge scoops! Not too expensive either.

Could see that more than one of the ice creams had melted on top but they were still selling it. Ice in the ice cream takes away the flavor.

called the store because i ordered 2 sundaes and only got one and the person who answered the phone just instructed me to call door dash for a refund. Well thanks for offering to replace the second sundae, now i have 2 kids and 1 sundae. thanks for nothing
This is my son’s favorite place to get ice cream! I have the hardest time picking a flavor because they are all so good. I picked up a mint ice cream cake for my daughter’s birthday because I couldn’t find any mint cake flavors from Walmart, Sam’s, HY-Vee etc and it was a hit!

This is a very nice store. The owners and staff are pleasant and friendly. They ALWAYS have full stock and flavors that are very good. They also have special flavors during the different times of the year. For example, since we are in February and Valentines Day is close, they stocked the "Love Potion" flavor starting yesterday, Monday. The service is fast and efficient and the store is well kept and clean. If you like ice cream products, this is the place to go in Liberty.

We received our ice cream cake for our 4 year olds birthday! They went above and beyond to customize and make a cake from a picture on Pinterest! Then we all got sick the weekend of the party and they remade our cake a month later when the rescheduled party was!! Everyone loved the cake and all were asking where it was from! Thank you for going above and beyond!

Do not believe a single one of these 4-5 star reviews. The owner paid for them. He and his wife are horrible, horrible people. This place needs shut down and he needs thrown in jail. For the love of God, please take your business elsewhere. I can’t state on here any of the really nasty things I’d like to.
