Went through the drive thru not one customer around. Placed my order driving away started eating my fries....they were so old ..tasted terrible..it wasn't like they didn't have time to make a fresh batch..called Robert he said it would be no problem to make some more than why give me the old one ..very poor service at the Liberty Hardee @ it's to bad because I love the Hot Ham @ Cheese ..

I’m a DoorDash driver it’s not rocket science that we’re just following drives that were given to do. Around 11 PM on 16 June. I’m just going by for an order and I got verbally assaulted by the mail working there. My response matched the energy given- I not paid to work at this Hardee’s/business.There was two people a female and a male. Yelling at me, saying I was a tent driver while verbally assaulting me for just doing my darn job not called for- no other customers in sight. That was the most unprofessional unacceptable behavior. I’ve been a resident and liberty often on for a long time and that Hardee’s has never been successful. I’m surprised it’s still there, but absolutely not acceptable behavior .

Guy behind the counter was extremely rude and openly unhappy about how busy it was. He kept taking orders from the drive thru then kept addressing everyone in the lobby being snarky about how we were going to wait and we were going to like it. We would have had no problem waiting but the attitude from the gentleman was too

Food is perfect... If there is any issue they make it right. They actually care about the food they put out as well as their customers. I would suggest NEVER using doordash, but to always go in or use the drive thru, that way you are having a wonderful experience instead of dealing with door dash issues! They have my business.

Cannot stand writing negative reviews at this point. Service was pretty good during my experience but for whatever reason my order got mismatched. These kinds of things in Liberty restaurants are becoming very common. This incident being an extremely small example.. if you don’t like your job, FIND A NEW ONE. It isn’t rocket science and you aren’t bound to that place for life. If you aren’t putting out your best work, find something else! Clearly fast food is getting too hard for younger generations.

I wish I could give it zero, they gave us dirty cups then the food was mediocre, i’ve had way better at other hardee’s. All of the tables were dirty and they sent someone to come into the bathroom to “check on” me and my family. We weren’t even in there for 5 minutes

If I could give this place and its manager 0 stars, I would. The female manager has absolutely no business or ability, to deal with customers going so far as to calling me a B....! She was EXTREMELY rude, the food was COLD and when I went back in to get a refund, she refused to give me my money back and accused me of throwing my food at her. If she treats customers like this, I feel sorry for her employees. I will be calling corporate to get a refund and I will never go back. This has place just keeps getting worse. In the mean time I'll share my distaste for the this particular location to everyone I know. 03/12/23

Do not go here after 4pm. I've tried it a few times just to be sure before I posted a review. If you don't order their special or deal they are having you get an "ughhhhh ok, pull around" I asked for a straw & he said it was in the bag, it wasn't. That's fine. When I told him I hope his day gets better ... "Yeah, highly doubt it" okkkkkkkIf you go before 4, yes, nice people. But I won't be back. Which I know isn't a big deal, I'm one person.

WOW, someone needs to check into this restaurant. There are too many similarities with some of the complaints below with the complaint that I have. Just like other large corporate chains, there is no live person to speak with. My wife and I ordered our food and pulled around to the window of the drive through. My wife pulled up about 20 feet after we received our food. As always, I tested a fry, and it was stone cold. I went back into the store and asked for hot fries. The woman up front stated "can you pull around to the other side of the store? You can't be blocking my drive-through". I did as she instructed but by this time, I was so frustrated I just wanted to get my money back and move on and get lunch at another restaurant. When we drove around to the other side of the building, my wife went in to get the refund. Needless to say we were not very happy. When my wife went into the restaurant, she dropped the food on the counter (the woman later claims my wife threw the food at her) and asked for a refund. The woman called my wife a b**** and my wife exited the store. When my wife came out, she told me the woman said she would need the coke back as well. I took the coke in and requested a refund and the woman informed me I would have to leave or she would call the police and have me arrested for trespassing. We ended up leaving the restaurant without our money and without our food. I would hope Hardee's would see this and do the right thing and honor my request to get my money back. Needless to say, I will not be visiting this place ever again. I was unable to locate store number online, but this is the Hardee's located in Liberty Missouri, at 914 S Highway 291. The time of occurrence was between about 1PM and 2PM.

This location has really gone downhill. Unfriendly management, low quality food, poorly prepared biscuits. It was my favorite breakfast spot for a long time. Today was my last visit.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced from a manager. She was extremely rude, would not stop arguing with me even after asking her to leave me alone several times and made fun of me while her staff joined in for trying to use a coupon. She absolutely should be fired.

Here's the deal. Its fast food. Ive never left a review for a fast food place. But this is the second time Ive been to this location, only to be disappointed again. The prices have gone way up, and the service and food quality have gone down. My order was missing items, and the window associate was rude. I will not be coming to this location again. Which is sad because I love Hardees.

The drive through employee was very rude and B****y. And I’m usually a positive person no matter how bad of a day I have been having. I had two separate orders and they had no cherry coke and no lemonade so I had to choose something else. I said oh okay and then she said so what do you want then and then I chose what I wanted. I pulled up to the drive through and she aggressively took my money and aggressively gave it back. Slammed the window. I love Hardee’s but she was so rude it made me think she was going to spit in my food. Just because she was having a bad day.
