I don’t have too much to say about ADT service or devices as with the old system and devices, I still remain very much dissatisfied. ADT will not get a 5 star review at this moment..Only reason I am getting them again in this new home is because it came included with the smart home system. So we will see in the next 12 months how everything holds up.I will say, the installer, Quinton Pointer is one of the best experiences I’ve had with a companies installer. Respectful, Very knowledgeable, neat, and organized. Well represented gentlemen. 10/10 service. Probably the only reason I’m giving a 3 star is because of the 5 star service from Quinton.

Scam artist!! They purposely refuse to take the electric devices 3days after being scammed into a lie!! Was told 90 days!! Now they never put my camera up!! Refuse to do the work and take electronics in the 3day.. time frame!! They attack new home buyers with FHA!! To scam and ruin their credit!! They fraudulently have charged me 1000.. thinking that my two disabled children will keep me to busy to do anything about this!! Wrong!!!!
