It was busy so we sat at the bar, and we're very glad we did. It was our first visit to Luigi's and the bartender Thomas did a great job. His suggestions for apps, dinner and wine were excellent. His service was top notch and personality wonderful. Not Everly attentive, but very helpful. We'll definitely be going back. Great job Thomas, thanks for making our experience so great.

Years ago, we loved luigis. Therefore, we decided to get out and celebrate a late Valentine's Day. Unfortunately it was a bad experience and we will not be returning. We have better service at lower class restaurants. We had a reservation, and they weren't too busy, we got seated timely but not greeted in a timely manner. I ordered a salad first, and as you can see, a dead lady bug was in it, i was not going to rummage through my salad to find anything else. Therefore, i returned the salad. They didn't charge me for it, which thats a given obviously i didn't eat it. I've worked many jobs in my lifetime and have always been in management, and the service that was provided there are no excuses for! Secondly, my fiancés beer was expired, granted its an Italian restaurant they probably do not serve much beer, but come on, that just negligence! After we had the beer replaced with a different type of beer, we watched them serve another customer the expired beer. Lastly i truly wasn't looking for anything free or a discount which mind you they did niether but when the waitress brought these issues to the manager she laughed and NEVER came to our table to apologize or check on us, she did nothing! I've had better service at an IHOP, which is sad. They're truly lucky we aren't the kind of people not to tip because we wouldn't have left one! (We did tip and pay our full bill) Way to ruin a nice date night out, thanks, luigis!

This is a nice little restraunt. It is dark inside, but it is a candle lit dinner. Our waitress wasn't very attentive, and didn't bring the items we asked for. Our food was very good, no complaints about that.

The atmosphere and artwork here were amazing. As was the service. The only thing I would say is the food is more of a four-star, However everything else was great especially for a hole on the wall in downtown liberty.

Great server! She was very tentative and engaged in conversation about how the food is and what all comes on certain things. Highly recommend!

We had the fried calamari appetizer - pretty average but still tasty. The bread + dipping oil was obviously fresh & flavorful. I got the shrimp florentine & it was delicious. The shrimp were cooked perfectly & the cream sauce wasn't too heavy. Our server Thomas was very pleasant & kind. We went on a Thursday night & got our food very quickly. I do think the atmosphere & ambiance could use some improvement but overall a very good experience.

I couldn't help but notice a review about 13 or 14 down the list here from back in July from a Katie Lee. Because you thought it was necessary to write and post such a childish and scathing review of your horrible experience at this establishment that clearly has It out for you and your family blah blah blah. I felt the need to tell you to go get fucked and get struck by lightning or eaten by sharks...... reminded me why I moved away from liberty years ago and occasionally go back for things like a nice laid back well served lunch on the square. And that's about it...

Where do I start? Me and my wife come to this place a lot. I'm from New Jersey. And yes, I'm Italian. We love this place!!!!! There is not a single thing that I can complain about. I'm Real cool with the owner and I always talk to the guy. He puts blood, sweat and tears into preparing every single recipe he makes. Me & my wife love to get The Luigi's special but I've tried so many other things on the menu. It's all... 1 out of 10. It's an 11. The food's just great. I don't know what else I can say about it. I don't understand why, when we go there for lunch and dinner, lunch is not as packed as dinner time. The service is great. The owners are really cool, They will talk to you and they will communicate with you very friendly. I can tell that the owner takes a lot of pride in every single dish that he sends out. My recommendation to everyone is to go there as often as possible. You will never be disappointed or let down.

2nd visit. We drove 40 miles out of our way to enjoy your restaurant. Lasagna and shrimp linguine were excellent. Best wait staff bar none. Will be back.

Luigi's has quickly become my favorite restaurant. They have a huge menu with plenty of Italian options for everyone. The Alla Panna appetizer is a simple but super flavor sauce that you dip with the complimentary bread. It was a huge hit with my whole family, we even took one to-go and it's only $6. I had the Ravioli Champagne for my entree and it was FANTASTIC. It tasted just as good as it looked. Our server was attentive to our needs and always kept our drinks refilled. The atmosphere is intimate but lively. You could go there for a nice lunch or to celebrate a birthday, it goes either way! I'd highly recommend this business to anyone and look forward to visiting again in the future.
