Excellent Service and Food!! Love all the Sandwiches and will definitely go back! As for the people who have complained about them charging for extras...They have to pay for it so why don't you think you need to? Where can you go and get things free? The point of a business is to make money. I'm happy to pay extra if I'm adding items to something.

A great and pleasant experience! Went in this morning for a late breakfast to go, and the staff were simply lovely (breakfast was good too, of course). Made my day!

Great experience today at this location. Fast service, bagel was exactly how I asked for it, along with the cream cheese. Overall, great visit!

Perfectly baked bagels, chewy, and crispy with loads of schmear!

Love Meshuggah! We don't live in KC anymore, but when we visit we try to come by. We used the curbside ordering this time. They had our food out fast. They did forget my coffee but that was easily corrected.

The bagels are good, but they put way too much cream cheese spread on them. I asked for light cream cheese and it was still too much. I had to scrape most of it off. If I go there again I will get the cream cheese on the side. If you like a ton of cream cheese you would probably love it, but I prefer to be able to taste the flavor of my bagel with just a little cream cheese to add a bit of flavor. The coffee is pretty good though. Nice and strong. Good flavor too.

I prefer the vibe of the Westport location - this one is a bit kitschy - but the bagels are just as amazing. The salmon schmear is incredible.

Bagels are the best but website it terrible.Order didn't show up inside and they were out of what I ordered but didn't say on the site.I thought they might toast and butter it for me to make up for the confusion but of course they wanted to charge more money.

Bagels are soft and fresh. They have great texture. I got two chocolate chip bagels with cream cheese schmear. Service was friendly and helpful. This was my first time here and will be back. Currently there is no dine in due to covid.

They don't Kwon how to make a bagels with lox, toast bagels first, no onion and low cream cheese.Costumer services is poor and lady behind the counter is rude.Have a nerve to nasty attitude , to top it my bagel sucked .It was not kosher !!!

I got 2 plain bagles; 1 with cream cheese the other with butter, and a Dr. Brown's since 1869 cream soda (which might I add was absolutely fantastic, the only thing that could have made it better was if it was in a glass bottle). Bagles were good, the 1 with cream cheese had a little too much on it for my liking but it's always better to have a bit to much of something than not enough. Imo they could have used 1 more employee to help, being that there was only 1 person working but be that as it may the girl that was there did a wonderful job. There was a line of about 6 or 7 people when I got there and just as many when I was leaving and she never skipped a beat, helping everybody one at a time in a quick and orderly manner and sent us on our way. If I'm ever in the area again I'll definitely pop in once more.

Open at 8am and out of pepper jack cheese by 9am. Not a great way to start my Saturday morning

The bagels might be good. This place doesn't seem to under stand the concept of supply and demand. They are always short staffed and run out of bagels. If you see a line just move on or you'll be here forever. Today it is mothers day and Sunday. They have 2 people working as slow as humanly possible. They should change the name to Messhugah Slow Bagels. Because this place is CRAZY SLOW!

I come just about every Sunday. Best place to get bagels but run out of most bagels by 11 am and when a holiday comes up like Mother's Day it's seems they are not prepared for the extra business.
