My boyfriend order a pizza and wings and Alfredo pasta and the wings didn't have enough sauce and to much fat. And the Alfredo pasta never in my life have seen what I saw big plates with very little on them. And we paid 100.00 dollars very disappointed.

Terrible management. Manager ‘Jana’ openly argued with and threatened delivery driver in restaurant because she couldn’t make change, even though she is obligated to via delivery contract. The delivery driver was patient and calm, and yet the manager Jana made threats regardless.I will no longer deliver for or shop here, and I will dissuade all my clients from ordering here as well.

Absolutely horrifically made pizza (we literally had to eat it with forks and serve with tongs and parts weren't edible due to the dough not being cooked through) that costed around $30 and I received $5 in return as a "resolution" with no other resolution from the store or DoorDash. I am not unreasonable or looking for handouts or free food but it was one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever seen or tried to eat.

I switch the pizza sauce with the special garlic sauce because the pizza sauce makes me sick they won't switch it instead they charge you plus none of the employees working with the food are not wearing gloves while handling

Just moved back to town and have ordered several times from this location and I gotta say.... y'all need practice on that crust lock. The pizzas also usually have bubbles in them which pushes the toppings around on the pizza. In the pic I included you can see how the cheese and toppings have been pushed more towards the center of the pizza. The slices were about 1/3 crust or bubbles and 2/3 toppings, sauce, and cheese when the cutest is supposed to be like an inch and even around the whole pizza. Very disappointed because I also used to work at this location several years ago along with the Westport location and they were on it about the pizzas looking better than this. And sometimes the breadsticks from here are more like bread thumbs...short and fat and shaped like a thumb. Other than that I like this location, thin crusts are great and cheese bread has always been good.

Well, I observe and I have photos but I'm not gonna put post tbecause. I don't want no one to get fired. But I caught several employees with no gloves on making Papa John's pizza's. And when I asked to employ even the manager. They said tdaddy, it's not protocol by corporate standards. I end up dropping my pizza and in the dumpster in the parking lot. After I pay for it and then I went up to Modds pizza. Which is THE BOMB. I'm hoping I hear from corporate. Where I can get a refund on my pizza. For talk to Mr. Papa John himself.
