Love Planet Sub, the food is always delicious. This time was no exception. My experience though was tainted by the service I received while at this location. I was greeted fine by the man behind the counter. I ordered my food, got a meal so it came with a cookie and drink. He asks me "for here or to go?" To which I replied it was for here (I was on a motorcycle and my helmet was sitting on the counter). He then goes "Ok, but just so you know, we close in....25 minutes" I said that was fine because I would be able to eat my half-sub and cookie pretty quickly. So that was at 7:35pm.Come 7:40pm the same gentleman brings my sub to the table and goes "I'm really sorry sir, but is there any way you can make this order to go?" To which I replied no, because I was on a motorcycle and pointed at my helmet. But I assured him I would be out of there before they closed at 8pm. He just responded with "Understood, good luck."While I was sitting there eating my sandwich a gentleman walks in and he was greeted by the same man at the counter who told him that they had shut off their ovens and wouldn't be able to take his order. This was 7:43pm. I was just finishing up my sandwich and another lady walked in, I got her attention and told her that they had closed the kitchen and they wouldn't take her order. The same gentleman must have heard us talking because he came out to tell her the same thing. So at this point they had tried to push me out the door after I ordered my food AND turned away the business of two other patrons.I exited the business at 7:46pm and the employee was hot on my heels to lock the doors so no one else could come in.I will keep eating Planet Sub but I definitely won't be coming back to this location.

Stopped by around 1:00 to get a delicious toasted sub. I used to work at PSUB in high school so it holds a special place in my heart. I also know how it goes to make a perfect sandich from here.The employee working, younger male, long hair(I did not get a name unfortunately) was super nice when I was ordering. I’m not sure if he was the only one working because he seemed to go back and forth a lot from the kitchen/dinning room/ register. If he was alone, then this employee deserves the highest awards of sub craftsmanship. My lil tempeh Parmesan was absolute perfection. Perfect balance of all the ingredients and double wrapped for secure transportation. Genuinely thee best sun I’ve had to date from PSUB.It was an excellent visit and an amazing sandwich. So much so, I was sure to go out of my way to make sure this employee got the recognition they deserved.

Went in the end of May with a $30 gift card in hand. Ordered sandwiches and when I went to pay with said gift card I was told they no longer accepted that card, it was an "old version" and that I would need to turn it in so the owner could convert it to the newer version within a couple of weeks. it didn't sound legit so I asked to speak with the manager. The girl stated she was the manager. she took down my number for the owner to call and he never has. This is over 6 weeks now. I've stopped by once and called another time. Last time I called, I was told the owner is having a hard time financially and its taking longer than expected. Copying and pasting this to send to BBB.

I called on Father’s Day to confirm hours and the guy that picked up sounded like he didn’t wanna be there but he told me they closed at 4pm. So, I ordered through their app for pick up at 3:30pm. I arrived to pick up my food and they are closed and they taped my receipt to the inside of the door with “refunded” on it. This situation was frustrating cause the app and the employee said 4pm was closing time when they actually close at 3pm. I waiting a week to see my refund and it never came so I called and tried to speak with the manager but she never called me back. So I called the next day and spoke to a man there and he helped me get the refund since it was never actually refunded in the system. I have now received my refund but it’s 30 cents short cause they didn’t refund me the processing fee that they charge on their app. That’s not a big difference but it tops the cake after this whole frustrating situation

Ordered The Veggie. Not only was it the wrong vegetables, but there were very few vegetables on there and no condiments or cheese. I paid $12 for what was basically bread with wilted lettuce on it. Yuck. Perhaps the person making the sandwiches should read the menu.

Don't even wanna give 1 star...... but First off I'm beyond disappointe! when this store first opened my husband worked and made the bread and the owners and employees took pride in there work! Like art! This is beyond nasty and wrong! on June 22 I ordered a sandwich the plant sub got on a sandwich with no too part and made so messy if I could post a photo I would, so today June 24 my husband loved this place wanted to try again! He spent over 50 and bought 4 sandwiches we got home opened them and omfg the bread is wet and soggy! my question is how can the person making the sandwich think this is okay? Secondly i immediately called planet sub and I ask for a manager I'm told they don't have one at this time as she is at a Dr appt or something! I explain my big issue and she tells me she will let the manager know and o can get money back hopefully! it better be a yes, also why we were there clearly we are not the only ones dealing with this because another man came in upset with same issue! The girl on the phone admitted they are having bread issues! and told me the wetness could be from grease! If you knew this why continue to try and sell it? Wtf?! Planet sub if you know this then fix it correctly or close doors! This kind neglectfulness is going to get someone sick and you may have a bigger issue on your hands! I have video and photos! how nasty and upsetting! Take pride in your company and get better employees that care! Second time no more I will also be calling food handlers department!
