Ordered a family meal to go. Didn't receive the amount of tenders we ordered. Large fries were partially filled and cold. Mac and cheese was cold. Very disappointed for the money we spent.
I've been to this location quite a few times, and service/staff has gotten worse over the last few times of going. Tonight, I ordered a 6 piece wing meal, and this is what they considered a wing?! (Pictured) Absolutely not. There isn't even any meat on it... The food was fresh and always has been, but a huge TIP always check your bags/boxes before leaving the drive thru because they almost always forget to put your sauces in the bags.

I used to love this restaurant but the food has gone down in quality and the service is horrible. Tonight took 28 minutes to get my food and the people in front of me waited 35 minutes and never got their food. They then asked for a refund. The employee had the audacity to say that he wouldn't refund their money and they'd have to talk to the manager another day.The lights hang in front of the TV's so you can't watch the games.

I’m not sure what the problem was tonight at this location, but lots of people were mad that their orders were taking way too long. I saw people asking for refunds, orders that didn’t get put in, and a pretty bad atmosphere.

The last few times we have come here order is never correct. Always going back. This evening no exception. Ordered Korean bbq and honey bbq meals. We got the Korean bbq but plain on 2nd meal. IF my husband would have taken my order back his would be cold upon return so I tried to eat the plain ones I received they were horrible!! No flavor other than grease. Of course tried to call now 4 times no one answers and after 5 rings or so, you get an automated goodbye. What happened to good customer service??

I go here often, (drive thru) kids love it. Today the service was a bit sketchy. I ordered 2 meals & a Slims salad. All of the sauces with my order were ranch except for 1. I think they are low on ranch because that ranch wasn't even halfway full inside that sauce cup. Good thing I got hidden valley ranch on my shelf. Bad thing is I shouldn't have to make homemade ranch when it comes with a meal purchase. ?
The only reason it's not a 5* in my opnion is that it's way over priced.
