Won't be going back ordered a double cheese burger with chili cheese tots and a banana shake took 25 mins when I showed up there was only 1 car the tots were cold not fresh hard and then heres my biggest complaint my banana shake they must of made it first cause you can just pour it out when I grabbed it from the lady the lid came off and spilled all over my new truck carpet controls and me just took a shower had to take another one talk about one pissed customer

We order from several Sonics around town because we live in the middle, not close to any. This was our first and last visit to this location. The others around KC northland, including the one north of this one in Liberty, are all great.We ordered 6 drinks through the mobile app. 1 was entirely missing (so one child was understandably upset), 2 "with nerds" (an upcharge) had barely any (I saw zero when they are normally easily visible and abundant, but my kids said there was "like 5" - a big difference from the other locations), and the peanut butter bacon shake had zero pieces of bacon or bacon flavoring per my husband. Our order was more wrong than right! Unfortunately, I was alone at pickup so I didn't notice until getting all the way home and unloading groceries.I would advise driving to any other location if you want to recieve what you actually request. Thankfully, there are plenty of other wonderful Sonics that are worth a little extra driving compared to this.

Every place is getting expensive and Sonice is not exempt from that. Still, I have an issue pay $30 for a fast food meal for 2. Additionally, make sure you double check that your burger doesn't have mayo on it if that is what you want. We asked for that, but of couse it was ignored. Overall, not a great experience.
Food was alright. Tater tots were warm, def not fresh. Ordered bacon double and didn't get to much bacon.

I’ve come 3 times since living in liberty. Absolute worst sonic yet. Food has been gross, as in old and dry. And today I waited 20 minutes for 1 large drink… won’t be back. Simons really need to work on this as it’s one of their franchises closer to their main office.
