Holy. We ordered tonight for a delivery (keep in mind it’s snowing and we HATE ordering when the weather is bad) and the delivery was super fast, the driver was the nicest and our food was really warm and enjoyable! Thank you so so much. I couldn’t be more happy with the driver.

What a terrible experience for a regular customer will never order again from this location ever!!!! The service level of a driver when tipped ahead of time versus no tip a head of time is unbelievable!!! I highly advise do not tip ahead of time on the app you’ll get far worse service!!! For a customer that orders on a fairly regular basis. I guess it doesn’t matter to them business must be good.!!! Not the level of service I would expect from a family business that I know is a good family just goes to show how employees can really hurt your business when they just don’t care & r in hurry to get done!!!

This is a must have if we go to st Louis. I could eat this so 3 meals if the day, and usually do when I'm in town. This imo's is very small. They were out of some products. They just make me feel like they want us to take it and go. But if you have never tried imo's, I recommend the ones in St Louis. So so

Best pizza ever. And the Imo's in St Louis are the best bestest. We go every time we're in St Louis. I could eat this for each meal and often do when in town! This imo's is small tho, and they just make me feel like they'd rather we take the pizza and go. Like we're inconveniencing them by being there. But I would def recommend imo's if your in St Louis
I think its one of these places where you had to grow up on thin crust, especially saint Louis thin crust. I am not a fan of thin crust, lets get that out right now. But its not because of the crust so much as it is that horrible provel cheese they use. Its a saint Louis think and I can't see where it would be popular elsewhere. Its cheesy snot at best. Its a unique taste and with the texture I can always tell when its served. Going to most of the 'authentic' Italian restaurants in saint Louis I have to be careful because they also like to use this nasty cheese in some of their dishes. Aside from the pizza that you probably have to be indoctrinated to, you have sandwiches. Guess what cheese is on the ham and cheese? Yiup. They also have toasted ravioli. Again....a saint Louis thing. They're alright. The usual frozen one you get anywhere else. Last thing I can comment on are the chicken wings. Now the sauces are good but the cooking always gets me no matter how I try to specify them to be cooked crispy. They just never get there. I don't know if it's because of their cooking method or what. But the wings are good, just slimey skin.Rating system: two points for the unknown menu items that I can't comment on. Extra point because the ravs are alright, and the chicken wings are close to really good if only they were cooked a little more. Staff have been very courteous for the most part.

Love Imo's and came here to eat in restaurant since the food is one of my favorites and I was in from out of town and wanted to enjoy it nice and hot. Make sure to verify if the dining room will be open if you are arriving after 8:30 p.m. as we were told we were unable to eat in dining room at 9:10 pm on a Friday night. Website stated open until 11 pm but informed upon arrival that owner was closing dining room early. Had to get food to go and eat at home. Food was excellent as always... Toasted ravioli, pizza and also cannelloni.

Ordered pizza square meal and a large deluxe salad around 9 pm. We ate, watched a movie and went to bed. About 1 am my partner woke violently vomiting, I also had severe stomach pain. After we both stayed home from work because of the food related illness, I decided to crawl out of bed when they were open to call them to let them know about what we were experiencing and hopefully prevent others from getting sick. After letting the manager know what we had been through the night before she said "I don't know what to tell you we have NEVER had ANYONE COMPLAIN" (As if I'm a child just "complaining") offered no apologies, had a not my problem attitude and ended the conversation with "Well, I don't know what you want me to do, I'm just A manager here."Paid almost 50$ for food just to get sick and loose hundreds of dollars in lost wages and to be poorly treated. No thanks. Never again.
