If I could give this store a zero, I would. I ordered online and had it delivered. They didn’t notify me when it was delivered, no knock and didn’t update the app. After it had been plenty of time I looked and it was sitting outside my door. The bread on both sandwiches was harder than I’ve ever had. Could barely rip it with my hands, and forget trying to tear it with my teeth. I called and talked to the manager on duty, Conner, and he disregarded everything I complained about and said he made it and he knows it was fine. I called the next day and talked to the other manager on duty, Eddy, and he also completely disregarded my concerns. This has been the worst customer service out of any restaurant I’ve ever been too. I will NEVER give this store my business again. I’ll go out of my way to make sure to NEVER go to this store again. All I asked was for them to replace my sandwich and they refused. One sandwich isn’t worth losing a lifetime customer to them. (I already have submitted feedback twice online and haven’t gotten a response although they said someone would contact me within 48 hours. What a joke.)

Great place to swing by for a sandwich. The drive thru is nice as you don't have to get out of the car.

Zero stars. Drove by at 5pm today and found no one there. Ridiculous. Just close this location if no one is going to be working there. Make room for a sandwich shop that actually wants business.

Was here on 6/26 Monday at 6:38pm and doors was locked. A guy came by the door as I was standing by the front door to inform me they are closed. Google shows they are opened till 10pm. What gives?

I always consider it a miracle if I get through this drive-thru in less than 30 minutes with no mistakes to my order. Sorry to say, no miracles today. Not sure why “Two Vito’s, three turkey slims, one with no cheese” is such a hard order to get right. But today’s creative screw-up included two Vito’s with meat, cheese, and bread. No veggies, no oil, no vinegar. Lovely. Incompetence at its finest. Sadly, whoever manages this location doesn’t seem to be in a hurry to try and improve the quality of service.

Thieves. I ordered via phone and gave my credit card info. When the delivery person came they claimed my card didn't go through and they needed cash. I gave cash, then I was also charged on my card. I alerted the owner, who gave me a partial refund, but seemed utterly apathetic about his employee's theft. BEWARE.

Horrible customer service. Went through the drive thru yesterday and ordered 3 sandwich’s. Got to the window lady hands me bag and was missing a sandwich. She got an attitude with me instantly and said “well I read you the order back” I told her it’s fine I must had missed it and handed her my card to pay for the other sandwich. She closed the window and was screaming at the other employee “why is this girl giving me attitude” when she opened the window back up I said I wasn’t giving her attitude and didn’t know what the problem was I just needed another sandwich and would pay. She then proceeded to tell me well I would have to wait and get my sandwich after she waited on the cars behind me. She was clearly mad at me so I asked to speak to the manager. That’s when she said she was the manager. I drove off and parked and went in for my receipt since she never gave it to me after she handed me back my debit card. When I went in she gave me the wrong receipt and she was incredibly rude. I try calling up today and speak with another manager and the manager today didn’t give a crap. Didn’t offer an apology didn’t say he would talk to her. Said he already spoke to her about it and if I needed to speak with that lady again he would pass on the message. It’s ok I’ll just take it to corporate! I went through that drive thru once a week since moving to the area I don’t trust that hateful lady to wait on me again so I’ll be driving to town and country from now on! There’s a reason you guys only have 1 star in yelp and Facebook

I would have given this 0 stars if I could. The "manager" working the window was so incredibly rude and was talking about me to the other worker. I had simply said she missed a sandwich and she went to argue with me about it and I said it's fine I will pay for the other sandwich I just ordered 3 and only had 2. She said to the other worker I was giving her attitude which was false. She was the one with attitude. Also forgot to give me my receipt when I went back in to get my receipt she was rolling her eyes and being incredibly rude like I was bothering her to get my receipt. She obviously doesn't need to be a manager. I'll be calling up and reporting the store to corporate!
