We don't live close to any location, but happened to be in the area for a doctor appointment and had been wanting to try it. Ordered online and chose half baked to take home for dinner later.The good: I ordered a Duke and it was honestly pretty amazing.The bad: as mentioned, was in the area for doc appt. Both of us are having mobility issues (one on crutches and the other in a walking boot after foot surgery). Ordering online I was asked for car make, model and color. When we arrived we parked in a spot with a sign that said "curbside pickup" and instructed us to click link in email to check in online or call the store and let them know we were there. We took all of this to mean they would be bringing our order out to us, because why do all that otherwise? This was great since walking isn't particularly easy for either of us at the moment.We waited 30 min (25 min past expected ready time). Finally, husband hobbled in on his bad foot to ask what was going on and said we'd been waiting for curbside pickup for a long time. According to him, the guy behind the counter was just playing on his phone, shrugged and said yeah, it's for pick up. You're supposed to pick it up.If that is the policy, they should make it a little more clear on the sign. Why ask for vehicle info and to check in online with a sign that specifies curbside if the expectation is customers come into the store to get it? Either way, dude seemed completely put out by being interrupted from his phone.Also, husband ordered a build your own with 2 cheeses and pepperoni. There definitely wasn't any pepperoni, and best we could tell only 1 type of cheese. He was pretty disappointed by the whole experience.

Love this place- we were there on Saturday night (3/9/24) great food and even better service- Jila at the front was great! She greeted us with a smile the minute we walked in and was so attentive throughout our ordering process and beyond. Thanks for making our night so much better, Jila and team!

We tried to order from this location on door dash. Within minutes of placing the order it was cancelled. Door dash informed us the store had cancelled the order. When we called the store up, the manager said there were app problems, which if that was the case, they can temporarily close door dash orders and prevent them from even being received. He then said we could put the order in on their company website. When we asked for his name, he avoided the question and offered to take the order over the phone.No, this smacks of a restaurant trying to push people from the dash app onto their website in order to boost restaurant sales or get around doordash' fees that they levy on business who benefit from their service.Employees sounded hapless over the phone and the manager came off shady at best~This used to be a lovely location, but in the last two years, the rotation of staff and the degradation of work ethic has led this to become yet another sad cat establishment~

AVOID - FILTHY! Came for lunch, served by someone who didn’t know the menu and was unable to answer a single question. Long wait, bad food. Went to go get a drink and there were fruit flies everywhere near the soda machine. Removed one of the fountain tips and found it caked with disgusting black filth. Manager claimed to be “working on the flies” which isn’t a thing - your place is clean or it’s not, and insects don’t breed in places that are cleaned daily.

Go to chesterfield. Food was done several minutes. They said it would be 3 minutes. I waited and no one else waiting. Food was done about 7 plus minutes before the cashier did the cook's job. She stayed busy, all they did was cook and stare into space. They were not slammedTypical teens
Great food and the service is extraordinary. Restaurant is very clean and the atmosphere is very pleasant. Highly recommend

We had a party of 10. The salad was really good. We got the beet salad. They're not pickled beets, btw raw beets. And the calzone was really good. And the staff were all really nice & super avail & helpful.
